Usamos 6 a 7 vezes em fogão de Indução...Tomamos todos os cuidados possíveis para não riscar nem danificar a camada que dizia ser antiaderente...
E agora está grudando tudo.
Mesmo sabendo que a garantia findou se....
A Empresa nem aceitou a troca do produto muito menos respondia as mensagens enviadas... Muito diferente de quando fizemos o primeiro contato.
Cadê a Qualidade do Produto?
Quer dizer que e feito pra usar 90 dias ou 7 usadas?
Cadê compromisso em satisfação para com o Cliente?
Cadê a seriedade desta Empresa em ao menos responder o Cliente,?

Não identifica nem o que foi vendido....só vocês mesmo!!!
90 dias de garantia pra uma peça que foi vendida como totalmente anti aderente e com 6 ou 7 usadas perder a principal função?
Valor muito Alto para ser usado poucas vezes....com todos os cuidados necessários.
Cadê ao menos o RESPEITO para com o Consumidor....

Mas estamos nos sentindo LESADOS....
 We bought an Expensive Grill with. The promise that it would be non-stick with the best non-stick in the galaxies...
We used it 6 to 7 times in an Induction cooker... We took all possible care not to scratch or damage the layer that claimed to be non-stick...
And now it's sticking everything together.
Even though the warranty expired....
The Company didn't even accept the exchange of the product, much less responded to the messages sent... Very different from when we made the first contact.
Where is the Product Quality?
You mean it's made to use 90 days or 7 days?
Where is the commitment to customer satisfaction?
How serious is this Company in at least responding to the Client?
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND
Company would it be?
It doesn't even identify what was sold....just you!!!
90 days warranty for a part that was sold as totally non-stick and with 6 or 7 used loses its main function?
Value too High to be used a few times...with all the necessary care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite. A Fritadeira chegou anteontem e somente fui abri-la agora, foi uma chateação, recebi a caixa intacta por fora porém por dentro foi só decepção. Chegou amassada, mau embalada e o material é uma gilete de tão fino, mau acabada até me cortei, muito ruim mesmo, além disso a fritadeira não é a mesma da foto que eles anunciam, muito chateado com tudo isso. Entrei em contato e nada espero que fique a minha avaliação para as pessoas não cair no mesmo problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de uma fritadeira eletrica desta loja pelo mercado livre ,usei por 47 dias no 48 dia fui ligar para fazer uma fritura a parte interna onde fica o termostato pegou fogo.
Mandei mensagem ao vendedor ,onde respondeu que pelo mercado livre são 30 dias para troca, mas não é isso que diz a lei no código de defesa do consumidor, a lei diz 90 dias ,pois o produto estava com vício oculto, e o mercado livre é nem o fornecedor está acima da lei ,então sendo assim espero que o problema seja resolvido, aguardo um retorno do vendedor
