★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, fui no dia anterior e comprei uma cervejeira Gelopar, porém pra finalizar a compra, exigimos que fosse um equipamento novo embalado pela fábrica, o que o vendedor Angelo consultou e viu que tinha em estoque, paguei tudo antecipadamente via transferencia, visto que não fazia o valor proposto no cartão, por fim aceitei, e combinei pra retirar no outro dia, visto que estava sem carro no momento. Quando fui no outro dia retirar a mercadoria, tinha somente uma cervejeira embalada por eles mesmos, se tratava do equipamento que estava em mostruário, porem paguei por uma nova embalada pela fabrica. Reclamei e ele conseguiu uma outra embalada com um parceiro da Paula Souza, quando exigi a NF, veio uma NF genérica que nem o modelo e nem a marca eram informadas, o que me fez sentir enganado, mas prosseguimos, amarramos o equipamento na caminhonete, mas desconfiado, rasguei uma parte do plastico da embalagem, pra minha surpresa, o equipamento era outro do que havia fotografado e aprovado na compra, não era o mesmo modelo (era um mais antigo e mais barato do que a que havia comprado), retirei do carro o equipamento e solicitei a devolução do meu dinheiro, o qual o vendedor ainda queria que eu tivesse uma conta no Itaú pra que ele devolvesse...ainda alegou que não tinha culpa do ocorrido. Enganação total e desrespeito com o consumidor, fiquei dois dias pra fechar a negociação e por fim voltei pra minha cidade sem o equipamento. Gerando prejuizo e perda de tempo e da viagem.
Fujam desta loja, pelo menos deste vendedor que a todo momento tentou nos enganar, achando que a gente era uns idiotas e que ia aceitar de boa toda malandragem que ele estava fazendo. Péssimo!!!

When I went the other day to pick up the goods, there was only one brewer packed by themselves, it was the equipment that was on display, but I paid for a new one packed by the factory. I complained and he got another one packaged with a partner from Paula Souza, when I demanded the NF, a generic NF came that neither the model nor the brand was informed of, which made me feel wrong, but we continued, we tied the equipment on the truck, but suspicious, I tore a part of the plastic from the packaging, to my surprise, the equipment was different from what I had photographed and approved in the purchase, it was not the same model (it was an older and cheaper one than the one I had bought), the equipment from the car and I asked for the return of my money, which the seller still wanted me to have an account with Itaú for him to return ... he also claimed that he was not to blame for what happened. Total deception and disrespect for the consumer, I stayed two days to close the deal and finally returned to my city without the equipment. Generating loss and loss of time and travel.
Get away from this store, at least from this salesman who at all times tried to trick us, thinking that we were idiots and that he was going to accept all the trickery he was doing. Terrible!!!
