Tive todo suporte para esclarecimento de dúvidas e a melhor parte, consegui fazer toda a operação via WhatsApp. Além de um produto maravilhoso, super recomendo a loja e o vendedor. I bought a Skymsen Maxconv oven from the seller Cleber Barbosa and was excellently well attended. I had all the support to clarify doubts and the best part, I managed to do the entire operation via WhatsApp. In addition to a wonderful product, I highly recommend the store and the seller. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendem material que não tem no estoque. E não dão satisfação para o cliente sobre a entrega. Fiz minha compra no dia 22/julho e hoje 17/setembro nenhuma satisfação. As únicas trocas de mensagem foram sempre da minha parte questionado, nunca por iniciativa da loja. Ao menos que você já leve o seu material na hora, fujam desta loja. Respeito zero pelo cliente.
They sell material that is not in stock. And they don't give customer satisfaction on delivery. I made my purchase on 22/July and today 17/September no satisfaction. The only exchanges of messages were always questioned on my part, never on the initiative of the store. Unless you're already taking your stuff, run away from this store. Zero respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente esperávamos mais pela loja e sua conduta, somos de Jundiaí e compramos todo nosso maquinário para nosso comércio onde gastamos mais de R$ 60.000,00, porém inauguramos somente em FEVEREIRO, e em nenhum momento foi disponibilizado a nós técnicos para testarem nossos equipamentos, TODOS NOVOS, onde para nossa surpresa nossa condimentadora que compramos que custou mais de R$ 10.000,00, esta desligando sem motivo, e quando entramos em contato com a loja pedindo uma ajuda, fomos informados que tínhamos que arcar com R$ 400,00 do técnico, não é pelo dinheiro, mas sim a falta de consideração pelo cliente, a solidariedade de ajuda, já que a LOJA esta ciente que nunca tivemos o visita do técnico tratando-se de PRODUTOS NOVOS e MUITO CAROS... A loja é perfeita tem tudo, os vendedores super atenciosos, prestativos, os gerentes sempre dispostos, mas poderiam fazer valer tudo isto, quando realmente o cliente precisa de suporte, e não apenas pensar somente em atender bem quando quer VENDER... Fica aqui meu desabafo e alerta para que ao comprar maquinários tão caros, exija de prontidão a visita do técnico para lhe orientar e ajustar seus equipamentos. Uma ótima Noite.
Unfortunately, we expected more for the store and its conduct, we are from Jundiaí and we bought all our machinery for our commerce where we spent more than R$ 60,000.00, but we only opened in FEBRUARY, and at no time were technicians available to us to test our equipment, ALL NEW, where to our surprise our condiment machine that we bought, which cost more than BRL 10,000.00, is turning off for no reason, and when we contacted the store for help, we were told that we had to pay BRL 400.00 from the technician, it is not for the money, but the lack of consideration for the customer, the solidarity of help, since the STORE is aware that we have never had a visit from the technician regarding NEW and VERY EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS... The store is Perfect has everything, super attentive, helpful salespeople, managers who are always willing, but they could make it all worthwhile, when the customer really needs support, and not just think about serving well when they want you. ADDRESS... Here's my outburst and warn you that when buying such expensive machinery, you require a visit from the technician promptly to guide you and adjust your equipment. A great night.
