★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente essa loja não segue o padrão internacional da Apple. A vendedora Priscila, chegou a bufar porque eu fiz 2 perguntas, e ainda ouvimos ela dizer para outro vendedor que nós iríamos olhar e perguntar, e no final não iríamos comprar nada... Realmente, como esse atendimento, melhor esperar e comprar nos States... Lamentável!
Unfortunately this store does not follow Apple's international standard. The salesperson Priscila even huffed because I asked 2 questions, and we even heard her say to another salesperson that we would look and ask, and in the end we wouldn't buy anything... Really, like this service, better wait and buy in the States ... Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pouco interesse em vender. Mostramos a oferta oferecida por outra loja e não demonstraram vontade em fidelizar o cliente. Resultado? Adquirimos o mesmo produto por quase R$ 2.000,00 a menos na concorrência. Vida que segue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vc entra na loja cheia de vendedores e não vem ninguém te atender rs. tem que rir pra não fazer barraco mesmo rs.
Quando vc mostra que vai tirar o dinheiro da carteira aí vc tem um pouco mais de atenção.(caso não querem trabalhar eu estou querendo).
Comprei um iPhone lá, logo depois preciso da assistência pois o IPhone comprado lá não está atualizando. Liguei o Carlos me atendeu e passou pra assistência, depois de 5 minutos aguardando desisti. Continuo ligando e da telefone ocupado ( certamente da minha ligação ainda rs). Mais fácil falar com o presidente. Aí vc vai na loja tão lá Tudo parado com cara de b* olhando pra cima para não te atender fala que precisa da assistência e pedem pra marcar. Tô aq na saga pra tentar resolver isso ainda. Se me estressar mais um pouco com isso, vão todos escutar umas verdades logo logo :) editando: preferi comprar na loja pq o vendedor disse que teria garantia ( pela loja ter assistência ) agora me falam que tudo é cobrado. Sendo que o aparelho que me venderam não atualiza, ou seja, pode jogar fora. Só entrando com um processo mesmo nessa ..... NAO COMPREM NESSA LOJA!!! OLHEM OS COMENTÁRIOS NEGATIVOS AQ. TEM QUE FECHAR ESSA ESPE....

I bought an iPhone there, soon after I need assistance because the iPhone purchased there is not updating. I called Carlos answered and went to assistance, after 5 minutes waiting I gave up. I keep calling and the phone is busy (certainly my call still lol). Easier to talk to the president. Then you go to the store so there Everything stopped with a b* face looking up not to answer you says you need assistance and they ask to make an appointment. i asked nicely if i could put my empty phone on one of the chargers for a few minutes and the answer was ...NO !
i said : EXCUSE ME ? ...This is the only Mac place on earth where you find this rudeness. They should fire this worker asap. and kick her to another planet. Bad people. Such a nice place deserves good people only and not trash. I will never return here again for that. And i think many do the same.
