O funcionário André me ajudou com os procedimentos e notificou o seu gerente sobre o ocorrido. Demorou um pouco até conseguirem um novo controle para que fizessem a substituição, mas no final deu tudo certo. O André foi bastante atencioso, fornecendo suporte durante todo o processo. Muito bom atendente.
I made the purchase of a PS3 controller and the next day I had to go back to the store because it had the direction button locked. Employee André helped me with the procedures and notified his manager about what had happened. It took a while for them to get a new controller to make the substitution, but in the end everything worked out. André was very attentive, providing support throughout the process. Very good attendant.
