â â â â â Trocei a bateria para meu celular (junto com outra peça do carregador) em dezembro 2021 para um preço de R$370. 4 meses depois a bateria estufou. Voltei, naturalmente para trocar mas fui avisado que estava fora do prazo de 90 dias de garantia e eles nĂŁo poidam fazer nada para me ajudar. Tentei explicar que a bateria que eles trocaram 4 meses antes era de baixa qualidade mas eles tentaram jogar a culpa na maneira que estava carregando a bateria. NĂŁo volterei de jeito nenhum!
I changed the battery for my cell phone (along with another part of the charger) in December 2021 for a price of R$370. 4 months later the battery blew up. I came back, naturally to exchange it but I was told that it was out of the 90 day warranty period and they couldn't do anything to help me. I tried to explain that the battery they replaced 4 months ago was of poor quality but they tried to blame it on the way the battery was charging. No way will I go back!
