★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cliente a 10 anos, indiquei a loja para um amigo arrumar o seu pc, cobraram 400 reais, não limparam, não fizeram o combinado e ainda trocaram a memória original por uma chinesa, na hora de assumirem a responsabilidade, o gerente sumiu ( tirou ferias justamente no dia ) e ficaram de jogo duro para devolver o dinheiro, ( ordem do dono pois deu para ouvir o audio ) fiquem espertos com seus computadores. Acharam que estavam tratando com ignorantes, imagine o quanto já não passaram para trás.
customer for 10 years, I recommended the store to a friend to fix his pc, they charged 400 reais, they didn't clean, they didn't do the deal and they even exchanged the original memory for a Chinese one, when they took responsibility, the manager disappeared ( he took a vacation just on the day) and they played hard to get the money back, (owner's order because you could hear the audio) stay smart with your computers. They thought they were dealing with ignorant people, imagine how much they haven't gone back.
