â â â â â PĂ©ssima experiĂȘncia, pior impossĂvel, deixei 2(dois) PS4 em 02 de dezembro onde se comprometeram em entrar dia 7 de dezembro, e nĂŁo entregaram nem em dezembro (liguei inĂșmeras vezes perguntando se ficaria pronto antes no Natal e todas as vezes confirmaram)e sĂł entregaram 1 ps4 so final de janeiro quando as fĂ©rias dos meus filhos acabaram o outro continua como sempre dando a desculpas esfarrapadas e sem falar que marcam para entregar dia de sĂĄbado entregaram 15 e 18hs quando chego para pegar 17hs a loja estĂĄ fechada...falta total de respeito com o cliente...sem falar que jĂĄ deixei pago.
 Bad experience, worse impossible, I left 2 (two) PS4 on December 02 where they promised to enter on December 7, and they didn't deliver even in December (I called numerous times asking if it would be ready before Christmas and every time they confirmed) and they only delivered 1 ps4 at the end of january when my children's vacation ended the other one continues as usual giving lame excuses and not to mention they schedule for delivery on saturday they delivered 3 pm and 6 pm when I arrive to pick up at 5 pm the store is closed... total lack of respect for the customer...not to mention I already paid for it.

Cabe acrescentar que, quanto Ă honestidade, nĂŁo tenho nenhum reparo a fazer, jĂĄ que a pessoa do representante da empresa se portou com absoluto compromisso, tendo, inclusive, devolvido o que recebeu e disponibilizado outro aparelho, mas que, infelizmente, nĂŁo atende ao desejo de quem tem jogos jĂĄ em fase adiantada no HD do prĂłprio aparelho.

Minha ordem nÂș026662 com data de 30/08/2021 estĂĄ atĂ© hoje (05/02/2022) em aberto, foram diversas desculpas diferentes, problema de peça no mercado, ou a Sony nĂŁo estava liberando atualização, o frete atrasou, ficou faltando uma fonte que chegava no mesmo dia, o console tĂĄ pronto mas estĂĄ no "deposito" vou entregar na sua casa, ai o motorista teve problema com o carro, WhatsApp da loja ficou ruim nĂŁo conseguimos falar com vocĂȘ... gente, tudo limite!
PĂ©ssima experiĂȘncia, nĂŁo volto a fazer negĂłcio!
I'm a longtime customer of the store, I've never had any problems, I've always recommended them to my friends, but my current experience with the store is making me reverse everything I thought about them.
My order #026662 dated 08/30/2021 is still open today (02/05/2022), there were several different excuses, part problem on the market, or Sony was not releasing an update, shipping was delayed, one was missing source that arrived on the same day, the console is ready but it's in the "deposit" I'll deliver it to your house, then the driver had a problem with the car, WhatsApp from the store was bad we couldn't talk to you... people, everything is limited!
Bad experience, won't do business again!

â â â â â Deixei um PS4 pra conserto, ofereceram um bom preço para reparo e sempre foram solĂcitos e atenciosos no atendimento. Peguei o vĂdeo game ontem (22/12/21) como todos os recursos (que verifiquei atĂ© o momento) funcionando sem qualquer problema. Minha Ășnica ressalva foi quanto ao tempo que levou para consertar o aparelho. Mas no geral forneceram um bom atendimento e preço honesto.
I left a PS4 for repair, they offered a good price for repairs and were always helpful and attentive. I got the video game yesterday (12/22/21) as all the features (which I've checked so far) working without any problem. My only caveat was how long it took to get the device fixed. But overall they provided good service and an honest price.

â â â â â Infelizmente, apĂłs pegar de volta meu PS4 do primeiro conserto, ele voltou a ter severos problemas que o tornaram inutilizĂĄvel, devido a sua idade. A loja fez excelente trabalho, mas esse videogame realmente nĂŁo pĂŽde ser salvo.
Ainda assim, o Junior se mostrou uma pessoa 100% correta e transparente e devolveu o dinheiro que foi pago inicialmente.
Unfortunately, after getting my PS4 back from the first repair, it had severe problems that made it unusable due to its age. The store did an excellent job, but this video game really couldn't be saved.
Still, Junior proved to be a 100% correct and transparent person and returned the money that was initially paid.

Levou bastante tempo pois tentaram vĂĄrias coisas. Mas conseguiram resolver! Agradeço de coração pelo esforço e empenho empregado no conserto do meu PS4.
Deixo minha recomendação para todos que estiverem desacreditados quanto ao conserto do seu videogame. Se houver solução o pessoal da DMG conserta.!

I left my PS4 at DMG for repair after being sentenced elsewhere! The professionals worked hard to solve the problem! It took a long time as they tried several things. But they managed to solve it! I sincerely thank you for the effort and commitment you put into fixing my PS4.
I leave my recommendation for everyone who is discredited about fixing their video game. If there is a solution, the DMG staff will fix it!

Ao sair da assistĂȘncia com o meu console, encontrei a DMaisGames no Google e decidi dar uma chance. Conversei com o JĂșnior e ele me falou que existia sim a possibilidade de realizar o reparo, porĂ©m eu perderia tudo que tinha no console e me deu o prazo de pouco menos de uma semana para realizar o reparo. Com 4 dias a menos do combinado o mesmo fez contato comigo falando que o console estava pronto e que eu nĂŁo havia perdido o conteĂșdo do mesmo. Altamente recomendado!!
My Console (Nintendo Switch) had been condemned by a ârenownedâ technical assistance specializing in the video game after spending about 70 days in possession of them. Upon leaving assistance with my console, I found DMaisGames on Google and decided to give it a go. I talked to Junior and he told me that there was indeed the possibility of carrying out the repair, but I would lose everything I had on the console and he gave me a deadline of just under a week to carry out the repair. With 4 days less than agreed, he contacted me saying that the console was ready and that I had not lost its content. Highly recommended!!
