★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no dia 19 de agosto, um domingo, com meu namorado. Olhamos todas as capinhas, tiramos, testamos, e a vendedora nos deixou SUPER à vontade. Se aproximava quando questionávamos algo e depois nos deixava à vontade. Foi, sem dúvida, a melhor loja que eu fui para olhar capinhas. Consegui olhar o que eu queria sem constrangimento e sem um vendedor te sufocando a cada passo. Excelente.
 I went on August 19th, a Sunday, with my boyfriend. We looked at all the covers, took them out, tested them, and the seller left us SUPER at ease. He approached us when we questioned something and then made us feel at ease. It was, without a doubt, the best store I went to look at cases. I managed to look at what I wanted without embarrassment and without a salesman suffocating you with each step. Great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atenção: fui várias vezes nessa rede de assistência técnica (não-autorizada pela Apple) para reparar meu iPhone 5s e, só após abrir um caso no PROCON, o problema foi resolvido. Trocaram 2 vezes a bateria, trocaram a tela, mexeram no botão Home e no quiosque do Shopping Center Norte, o técnico derramou produto químico na tela do aparelho!!!! Fiquei 30 dias sem meu aparelho e quando voltei pessoalmente à matriz de Moema (sem qualquer contato por parte da empresa) havia 2 clientes questionando as atendentes de problemas não-solucionados, sem contar as diversas reclamações e avaliações negativas no site do Reclame Aqui. Não recomendo essa assistência à ninguém, eles não tem vínculo algum com as fabricantes e suas autorizadas. Se tiverem problema em seu iPhone, paguem caro indo na Apple Store e terão um serviço bem-executado. Além do mais quando fui numa assistência autorizada da Saraiva pela bateria estufada que meu iPhone apresentou, os técnicos disseram que a bateria trocada não era original (sem logo da maçã), colocaram uma genérica (com fotos anexadas por e-mail pela autorizada) e, semanas depois do arquivamento do caso no órgão de defesa do consumidor, ela estufou. Com chance de explodir caso carregasse na tomada. Tive que vender o aparelho e comprar um novo, chega a ser caso de polícia. Nunca mais! ?

I do not recommend this assistance to anyone, they have no ties to the manufacturers and their authorized agents. If you have a problem with your iPhone, pay dearly by going to the Apple Store and you will have a well-executed service. Furthermore, when I went to Saraiva's authorized service for the stuffed battery that my iPhone presented, the technicians said that the replaced battery was not original (without an apple logo), put a generic one (with photos attached by email by the authorized person) and , weeks after the case was filed with the consumer protection agency, she puffed up. Likely to explode if you hit the plug. I had to sell the device and buy a new one, it's even a case of the police. Never! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja! Péssimo atendimento! Péssima assistência técnica! Fui com o celular IPhone 6S da minha filha para uma simples troca de tela. Após a troca, realizada em uma hora, saímos da loja e antes mesmo de sairmos do shopping e celular não funcionava mais. Voltamos na mesma hora na loja e o tecnico já não se encontrava mais... hoje já faz mais de uma semana que ela está sem celular porque eles não conseguem verificar o problema, não dão uma solução, não reembolsam o valor, nem ao menos devolvem o celular. Cada hora uma desculpa e um atendimento (péssimo). Inclusive ela já perdeu tudo do celular, porque disseram que o problema poderia ser esse e teriam que reiniciar o celular como de fábrica... enfim, não recomendo a ninguém e ME ARREPENDO do dia que decidi procurar essa loja. Não sei quando ou SE vão solucionar meu problema.

Even she has already lost everything on her cell phone, because they said that the problem could be this and they would have to restart the cell phone as it was at the factory ... anyway, I do not recommend it to anyone and I regret the day I decided to look for this store. I don't know when or SE will solve my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei meu celular iPhone 7 para conserto da entrada de energia e falaram que a carcaça estava torta e teria que trocar a carcaça. Como estavam em falta, peguei de volta. Só percebi que o celular estava quebrado quando fui em outra assistência técnica e assim que bateram o olho viram o defeito REAL na hora (entrada do conector de energia). Além disso, os parafusos vieram trocados e o Touch do celular parou de funcionar. Não confiem nessa loja, eles devem remover peças originais e revender no mercado negro. Vejam outros reviews e não seja trouxa como eu fui.
I put my iPhone 7 phone to fix the power input and they said the carcass was bent and would have to change the carcass. As they were missing, I took it back. I only realized that the phone was broken when I went to another service center and as soon as they hit the eye they saw the REAL defect at the time (power connector input). In addition, the screws were replaced and the touch of the phone stopped working. Do not trust this store, they must remove original parts and resell on the black market. Check out other reviews and don't be muggle like I was.
