Deixei meu notebook para avaliação, pois ele não estava carregando, o Sr. Itamar avaliou e constatou que o problema estava na fonte, dessa forma me orientou já compra do carregador e não me cobrou pelo serviço tendo em vista que não foi necessário nenhum reparo. Alguns meses depois, tive problema com a placa do notebook, sendo necessário realizar o reparo. Prontamente levei para o Sr. Itamar que em 2 dias realizou o reparo e me devolveu o notebook, tendo feito configurações adicionais para o bom funcionamento da máquina.

I left my notebook for evaluation, as it was not charging, Mr. Itamar evaluated it and found that the problem was at the source, so he already guided me to purchase the charger and did not charge me for the service since no repair was necessary. A few months later, I had a problem with the notebook board, requiring a repair. I promptly took it to Mr. Itamar, who repaired it in 2 days and returned the notebook to me, having made additional settings for the machine to work properly.
