★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente um tal de Paraíba, me refiro assim pela forma que se apresentou, me atendeu pelo fato de estar precisando de um colchão de solteiro. O mesmo não me deu muita atenção a princípio e me falou que se trouxesse cotações ele cobriria qualquer oferta! Até aí tudo bem e pra ser sincero não tinha visto nenhum colchão igual ou parecido com o que vi lá e acabei comprando a vista depois de ter ido em umas 3 lojas antes de retornar. Quando retornei ele já veio me dizendo que havia se arrependido do valor que tinha me passado e que estava de graça o colchão! Vejamos! Eu paguei $550 à vista em dinheiro num colchão que vale $400 após pesquisar na Net, até aí tudo bem mas desmerecer o cliente, sinceramente eu não concordo! Acho que profissionalismo é essencial em qualquer segmento, e desmerecer alguém, jamais!
Unfortunately, someone from Paraíba, I mean by the way he introduced himself, took care of me because he needed a single mattress. He didn't pay me much attention at first and told me that if he brought quotes he would cover any offer! So far so good and to be honest I hadn't seen any mattresses like or similar to the ones I saw there and I ended up buying the view after going to 3 stores before returning. When I returned, he already came telling me that he regretted the amount he had given me and that the mattress was free! Let's see! I paid $550 cash on a mattress worth $400 after researching the Net, so far so good but belittling the customer, honestly I don't agree! I think professionalism is essential in any segment, and never to belittle someone!

O pessoal amável e também falavam demais acho que só pra a gente comprar aí mesmo, falaram que máximo 10 dias pra chegar o box em casa,talvez fosse muito menos que eles ligavam quando chegasse no local, quando chegaram os 10 dias tivemos que ir lá porque não respondem as mensagens, não ligam, nada. Falaram que pra segunda-feira estava pronto já que estavam atrasados, hoje já é terça (15 dias depois) e novamente nem ligaram.
Acho irresponsável e falta de profissionalismo.
When I bought it, I saw that it was cheaper there than in other places. The friendly staff and also talked a lot I think just for us to buy right there, they said that maximum 10 days to get the box at home, maybe it was much less that they called when they arrived at the place, when the 10 days arrived we had to go there because they don't respond to messages, they don't call, nothing. They said that it was ready for Monday since they were late, today is Tuesday (15 days later) and again they didn't even call.
I find it irresponsible and unprofessional.
