★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na central de marcação, que é a porta de entrada para o atendimento, fui mal atendida, os telefones normalmente demoram muito para atenderem e as vezes nao atendem, nas duas vezes que liguei às operadoras pareciam estar de mal humor e pareciam não fazerem questão de me receber. A espera na recepção demora, mesmo com hora marcada e chegando com antecedência.
Se não fosse pelo excelente profissional que é o médico que estou fazendo tratamento eu não voltaria mais.
A clinica precisa oferecer um atendimento mais humanizado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a clínica foi uma das piores que já tive até hoje! Não sei por qual motivo ao certo, mas os pacientes não tem culpa da briga que há entre sócios. Fui pela primeira vez para um atendimento cardiológico e, estava no horário informado para consulta.Aguardando o médico chegar, fui surpreendida pela responsável pela administração que informou para os pacientes que se o cardiologista não chegasse até as 17:30 não poderia ser mais atendida. Para minha surpresa o cardiologista chegou as 17:34 e a recepcionista ligou para administração que por sua vez não permitiu atendimento. Não estava sozinha aguardando havia 3 pessoas, falta de consideração, nos fez aguardar até o fim da tarde e por conta de 4 minutos não houve atendimento para nós!
Que fique claro a vocês, independente da briga administrativa/financeira ou seja lá o que for, se estamos na sala aguardando é porque de fato precisávamos de atendimento, em momento nenhum fomos visto como pessoas a preocupação da clínica era com a suposta briga administrativa que ficou bem clara com a forma que administração transmitiu o recado e a reação dos funcionários. Plena pandemia, vocês acham mesmo que sairíamos de casa para ficar sentado em salas de consultórios se não houvesse necessidade? Cheguei mal e precisava de atendimento, voltei para minha casa passando mal e não tive o atendimento que precisava. Ah vale lembrar que estava pagando pelo atendimento que por sinal não é barato! A postura da Clínica é péssima uma primeira impressão que não será esquecida! Resolvam os problemas entre os SÓCIOS e, não interfiram no atendimento, pois se as pessoas procuram a clínica é porque o médico que está prestando atendimento foi recomendado pelo atendimento. Em fim desorganizado e por favor mais ética profissional! Ah a minha avaliação é 0, mas para postar infelizmente tem que dar 1 estrela.
My experience with the clinic was one of the worst I have had to date! I don't know why for sure, but the patients are not to blame for the fight between partners. I went for the first time to a cardiology service and, I was at the informed time for consultation. Waiting for the doctor to arrive, I was surprised by the person in charge of administration who informed the patients that if the cardiologist did not arrive until 5:30 pm, I would not be able to be seen again. To my surprise, the cardiologist arrived at 17:34 and the receptionist called the administration, which in turn did not allow assistance. I was not alone waiting for 3 people, lack of consideration, made us wait until the end of the afternoon and because of 4 minutes there was no service for us!
Let it be clear to you, regardless of the administrative / financial fight or whatever, if we are in the waiting room it is because in fact we needed assistance, at no time were we seen as people the concern of the clinic was with the supposed administrative fight that it became very clear with the way that management conveyed the message and the reaction of the employees. Full pandemic, do you really think we would leave the house to sit in office rooms if there was no need? I arrived badly and needed care, I came back to my house feeling sick and didn't get the care I needed. Ah it is worth remembering that I was paying for the service, which by the way is not cheap! The Clinic's stance is a terrible first impression that will not be forgotten! Solve problems between the PARTNERS and do not interfere in the service, because if people seek the clinic it is because the doctor who is providing care was recommended by the service. In the end disorganized and please more professional ethics! Oh my rating is 0, but to post unfortunately you have to give it 1 star.

Marquei consulta às 17:50h, cheguei às 17:48h e o médico simplesmente foi embora, alegando reunião. Se o eletro faz parte da consulta, deveriam informar que as consultas estavam marcadas para 17:30 e 17:40h e não17:50 e 18:00h. O médico só faz a 1a. Consulta se tiver o eletro?Outro ponto: por que me ligaram 17:40 e informei que estava a caminho e não avisaramm que o médico não atenderia pois estava atrasada?quanto ao Dr David, realmente estava marcada para 12:00, cheguei às 12:09 e fui atendida as 12:43h..,.qdo retornei com exames, cheguei no horário e ele havia saído...solico consultar agenda que fiz marcação e não fui atendida
