Quanto ao atendimento da recepção foi péssimo, fui muito mal recepcionada pela atendente emanueli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento , nunca fui tao mal atendida. Funcionarios despreparados horas pra ser chamado pra fazer ficha, depois vc em jejum espera mais 3 horas pra coleta, um descaso com pacientes em jejum. Chocada de como ainda esta funcionando!
The worst service, I've never been so poorly attended. Officials unprepared hours to be called to make a file, then you fasting wait another 3 hours for collection, a disregard for patients in fasting. Shocked how it's still working!

Poor service by the receptionists, an odd bad mood. Except that to do a simple blood test you wait almost 2 hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! DICA: SE PUDER VÁ A OUTRO LABORATÓRIO! Atendimento na recepção demora horas... Total falta de respeito! As enfermeiras que tiram o sangue são atenciosamente, porém até você chegar para ser atendido por elas vai levar uma eternidade.
Terrible! TIP: IF YOU CAN GO TO ANOTHER LAB! Reception service takes hours ... Total lack of respect! The nurses who draw the blood are attentive, but until you arrive to be seen by them it will take forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A análise clínica é ótima, mas o atendimento sempre péssimo. As atendentes param de trabalhar para tomar café com muitas pessoas aguardando e não param somente uma vez. Uma falta de respeito com quem está a horas em jejum. Não adianta reclamar pela avaliação. Nada muda! Uma pena!
The clinical analysis is great, but the service is always terrible. The attendants stop working for coffee with many people waiting and don't stop just once. A lack of respect for those who are fasting for hours. There is no use complaining about the evaluation. Nothing changes! A feather!
