★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local climatizado com cadeiras para aguardar o atendimento, Boa receptividade, no atendimento da recepção, com orientações sobre melhores horários para exames, fui como acompanhante da minha sogra, fazer uma tomografia computadorizada, a parte do exame foi bem rápida, ficou a desejar o atendimento do técnico da tomografia, minha sogra tem problema de labirintite, tem mais de 80 anos, vaidosa foi com aliança, brincos, corrente, relógio, ao ser chamada foi pedido que retirasse-os, minha esposa que entrou junto ajudou, o técnico, aparentava estar com pressa, pouca ou nenhuma paciência com aquela situação, sem nenhuma empatia, atendimento mecanizado, sem cordialidade, deixando minha sogra, que ja estava ansiosa pelo tipo do exame, mais nervosa ainda, ela fica tonta se deitar e levantar de uma vez a cabeça, e era justamente isso que o técnico deveria estar cuidando, em vez de ajudar, acalmar, pedir para se levantar devagar, ele parecia que queria ir embora o mais rápido possível, nos três eu fora da sala, minha esposa e minha sogra dentro da sala, percebemos a rispidez no tom de voz e a pouca simpatia do técnico, pessoas assim deveriam procurar trabalhos diferentes, pois na área da saúde em primeiro lugar devemos humanizar os atendimentos, para trazer um pouco mais de conforto a quem já se encontra debilitado, minha sogra quase desistiu de fazer o exame por essa atitude pouco simpática do técnico de tomografia, espero que tenha sido só um mau dia dessa pessoa que infelizmente tivemos o azar de encontrá -la, se ele for assim com todos os pacientes, deve ser acompanhado pela administração do local, para corrigir eventuais falhas de atendimento.
