Os erros foram reparados, ainda não ficou perfeito como foi vendido pra gente mas ok, precisava me mudar urgentemente e aceitamos.
Reavalio com nota 4 com essas ressalvas pela experiência que tive.

Já tive ótimas experiências com a Italinea antes. Pensando nisso, optamos por utilizar os serviços novamente nesse segundo apartamento.
Acontece que trocamos de loja por uma indicação (AD+ Interiores), e foi aí que o pesadelo começou...
Cortes tortos, excesso de cola saindo das quinas, peças machucadas, tudo muito torto (nem precisa de nível para ver).
Fizemos dois projetos com essa loja e já no primeiro tivemos alguns problemas no pós vendas. Como foi indicação, decidimos seguir com o segundo projeto e dar mais uma chance. Péssima ideia. A segunda vez foi ainda pior do que a primeira (que ainda nem foi concluída por conta de erros de medição).
Enfim, estamos super descontentes com o serviço da Italinea.
Foram gastos aproximadamente 49 mil reais no projeto todo e se eu soubesse que o nível de acabamento era PORCO assim, eu teria investido um pouco mais e ido para a Florense e não teria esse tipo de problema com certeza.
Com esse nível de acabamento acredito que até móveis modulares de qualquer outra empresa seria melhor.

The bugs were fixed, it still wasn't perfect as it was sold to us but ok, I needed to move urgently and we accepted.
I re-evaluate it with grade 4 with these reservations for the experience I had.

I've had great experiences with Italinea before. With that in mind, we chose to use the services again in this second apartment.
Turns out we switched stores for a referral (AD+ Interiors), and that's when the nightmare began...
Crooked cuts, excess glue coming out of the corners, bruised pieces, everything very crooked (you don't even need a level to see).
We did two projects with this store and in the first one we had some after sales problems. As indicated, we decided to go ahead with the second project and give it one more chance. Bad idea. The second time was even worse than the first (which hasn't even been completed yet due to measurement errors).
Anyway, we are super unhappy with the service of Italinea.
Approximately 49 thousand reais were spent on the entire project and if I had known that the finish level was PIG like this, I would have invested a little more and gone to Florense and I would not have had this type of problem for sure.
With this level of finish I believe that even modular furniture from any other company would be better.
