★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *Fujam desta loja* Não comprem o produto, chegou com atraso, fui questionar me deixaram 3 dias sem respostas, visualizando mensagens e não responderam, tive que cobrar loucamente o retorno. Gerente nunca se posicionou em nada, zero cuidado com o cliente, péssimo Pós venda. Como muitos locais na venda é maravilhoso claro, depois um descaso. Produto entregue com atraso, com defeito e detalhe no tecido. Reclamei no dia da entrega dia 22/09 me passaram uma semana pro técnico entrar em contato e agendar visita e obvio não fizeram hoje 01/10 cobrei e claro iram verificar e provavelmente retornam segunda feira ,porque prazo pelo que vejo é algo que não cumprem. Péssimo não percam tempo e dinheiro.
*Flee this store* Don't buy the product, it arrived late, I was questioning, they left me 3 days without answers, viewing messages and not responding, I had to madly charge the return. Manager never positioned himself in anything, zero customer care, terrible After-sales. Like many places on sale it is wonderful of course, then a neglect. Product delivered late, with defect and fabric detail. I complained on the day of delivery on September 22, it took me a week for the technician to get in touch and schedule a visit and of course they didn't do it today 10/01 I'll cover it and of course they'll check and probably return on Monday, because as I see it, the deadline is something they don't meet . Bad do not waste time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente decepcionada, o pós venda e péssimo, não retornam às mensagens, e só depois percebi que algumas das avaliações positivas são de funcionários da loja (pelo menos uma tenho certeza, pois, é do vendedor que me atendeu)!!
Simply disappointed, the after-sales service is terrible, they don't return messages, and only later did I realize that some of the positive reviews are from store employees (at least one I'm sure, because it's from the seller who answered me)!!

Guys, I bought this sofa in the photo with them and I'm in love!!! It arrived on time even with the difficulties that their supplier had. From the sale to the assembly and delivery, everything was perfect. The sofa itself is a dream. Very very comfortable. I highly recommend!!!
