★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra de móveis sob medida para meu apartamento em Julho/2021, na Loja Italínea Fast Design, em São Bernardo do Campo.
Recebemos os montadores no dias agendados para iniciar as montagens, aí começam os maiores problemas. Devido a total desleixo, para resumir, listo abaixo os problemas com a montagem e serviços:
- Rodapés retirados sem cuidado algum, e não colocados novamente. Terei que arcar com custos para arrumá-los.
- Várias paredes “lascadas” pois não houve cuidado algum em manusear as peças maiores para montagem. Mais um ítem que há necessidade de conserto e mais um prejuízo.
- Portas de armários entregues incorretamente. Algumas eram de vidro e espelho e simplesmente foram enviadas portas erradas.
- Portas de armários feita incorretamente, com isso, teremos que aguardar mais de 30 dias para que sejam fabricadas novas.
- Portas de guarda-roupas instaladas quebradas. Sim, quebraram as portas e instalaram, provavelmente achando que não iríamos ver. No total são 4!! Mais 30 dias para recebermos uma nova.
- Puxadores de portas enviados incorretamente. Simplesmente enviaram um puxador que não pode ser instalado pois não há espaço entre as portas para abri-las.
- As portas de um dos armário foram fabricadas com as dobradiças no mesmo espaço de uma prateleira, tivemos que retirar uma das prateleiras para conseguirem instalar, caso contrário, seria mais um item para aguardar a fabricação correta.
- Marcas de pés e mãos nas paredes de todos os cômodos em que foram feitas instalações. Entendemos que realmente é um serviço que faz muita sujeira, mas não ao ponto de marcar as paredes com sapato.
- Porta do cômodo onde estava as peças, foi quebrada. Provavelmente por alguma madeira que bateu muito forte. Houve um "acordo" de ressarcimento, mas sem formalização, mais uma coisa que estamos aguardando.
A prestação de serviço de montagem e pós venda é péssimo. A resposta é que "NÃO HÁ MAIS PROBLEMAS E QUE AS COISAS NÃO FUNCIONAM DO JEITO E NO PRAZO QUE QUEREMOS" e temos que aguardar. Possuo fotos de todas as avarias não só dos móveis, mas as que foram feitas no imóvel também. Quanto a solicitação dos novos móveis, de fato temos que aguardar mais de 30 dias, e referente as avarias deixadas pela montagem, pelo andar da carruagem, ficaremos no prejuízo.
I made the purchase of bespoke furniture for my apartment in July/2021, at Loja Italínea Fast Design, in São Bernardo do Campo.
We receive the assemblers on the days scheduled to start the assemblies, then the biggest problems begin. Due to total sloppiness, to summarize, I list below the problems with the assembly and services:
- Plinths removed without any care, and not placed again. I will have to bear the costs to fix them.
- Several "chipped" walls because there was no care in handling the larger parts for assembly. One more item that needs repair and one more damage.
- Cabinet doors delivered incorrectly. Some were glass and mirror and were simply sent the wrong doors.
- Closet doors made incorrectly, with this, we will have to wait more than 30 days for new ones to be manufactured.
- Wardrobe doors installed broken. Yes, they broke the doors and installed it, probably thinking we wouldn't see it. In total there are 4!! Another 30 days to receive a new one.
- Door handles sent incorrectly. They simply sent a handle that cannot be installed as there is no space between the doors to open them.
- The doors of one of the cabinets were manufactured with the hinges in the same space as a shelf, we had to remove one of the shelves to be able to install, otherwise, it would be another item to wait for the correct manufacture.
- Footprints and handprints on the walls of all rooms where installations were made. We understand that it really is a service that makes a lot of dirt, but not to the point of marking the walls with a shoe.
- Door of the room where the pieces were, was broken. Probably from some wood that hit too hard. There was an "agreement" for reimbursement, but without formalization, one more thing that we are waiting for.
The provision of assembly and after-sales service is terrible. The answer is that "THERE ARE NO MORE PROBLEMS AND THAT THINGS DON'T WORK THE WAY AND TIME WE WANT" and we have to wait. I have photos of all the damages not only of the furniture, but the ones that were made in the property as well. As for the request for new furniture, in fact we have to wait more than 30 days, and regarding the damage left by the assembly, by the carriage floor, we will be at a loss.
