★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma máquina de lavar Brastemp 12 kg nessa loja em q a vendedora me informou q seria peça de estoque em q havia somente está pois estaria funcionando questionei a mesma se o produto havia sido usado porq percebi q as avarias eram de uso a mesma me informou q não e o gerente confirmou. A máquina enfim chegou hj fui testar vi q saia água pela mangueira e tinha sabão grudado no compartimento. Liguei a máquina e não funcionou gostaria de saber quem vai resolver meu problema eu preciso da máquina fui enganada e quero uma nova não ficarei no prejuízo pois comprei a máquina a vista. Q descaso c o cliente uma loja q não indico a ninguém
 I bought a Brastemp 12 kg washing machine in this store when the seller informed me that it would be a stock piece in which there was only one because it would be working. I questioned the same if the product had been used because I realized that the damage was in use. no and the manager confirmed it. The machine finally arrived today I went to test I saw that water came out of the hose and there was soap stuck in the compartment. I turned on the machine and it didn't work I would like to know who is going to solve my problem I need the machine I was deceived and I want a new one I won't be at a loss because I bought the machine in cash. Q neglect c the customer a store q I do not recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou realmente desapontado, estive essa semana na loja no qual fiz duas compras q deu no total de 1300,porem como estou recem casado para nossa surpresa ganhamos um dia apos do pedido os produtos no qual nao tinhamos comprado nós ganhamos,pois bem me direcionei a loja para o cancelamento no qual o GERENTE ADRIANO,estava so aguardando saber onde a nota estava pois precisava dela pra fazer o cancelamento,porém já feito, liguei com antecedencia no dia 31/12 mais preciso as 15:30
No qual o GERENTE CLÁUDIO q estava no local,me informou q nao havia dinheiro suficiente para me pagar querendo q eu ja me retirasse,hora estamos falando de uma loja grande q não é possivel q nao tenha no final do dia 1300 reais para pagar algo q é meu por direito,ainda mais no qual ja foi cancelado,ou seja isso da processo,pois ja foi cancelado e sai sem o q é meu por direito....
O GERENTE CLAUDIO alegou q estavam aguardando uma venda ser concluida para me pagar onde se viu isso,me deixou plantado lá,FECHOU A LOJA me deixou mais de 40 minutos esperando pra dizer q so no final da compra desse cliente,q ele pagou em debito e nao em dinheiro,aaaaa meu amigo,nessa eu nao caio,sei q da pra saber muito antes o pagamento,enfim,estou,aqui sem meu dinheiro,produto cancelado,e so no ano q vem terei meu dinheiro,ninguem resolveu meu problema,me deixou esperando e ainda mais com essa ideia de q nao tem 1300 no caixa...,nao so estou indignado,como estou ja adcionando no reclame aqui o ocorrido,alem de co sultar meu advogado,devido o constrangimento q passei...
