Sempre prestativos em atender. Atendimento impecável da Ariane, que fez meu projeto com muito carinho. Da Laís, Sr. Bianchi, enfim de toda a equipe. Móveis com qualidade diferenciada (pude comparar e provar).

O montador Rafael e sua equipe todos fizeram um excelente trabalho cuidado dos mínimos detalhes com muito carinho.
Os móveis são de excelente qualidade, além da pontualidade na entrega e da instalação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei até a Italo Mobili por recomendação de um amigo, mas infelizmente a minha experiência não foi positiva como a dele. A montagem estava planejada com início em 09/03 e término em 13/04, mas ainda não foi finalizada. Havia informado que estava morando no local, e quando voltei de viagem na semana seguinte, o local estava inabitável. Durante o processo, notei diversas divergências de projeto: gavetas vieram sem usinagem e com fecho toque, portas área gourmet sem usinagem e área de ventilação, prateleira área gourmet não alinhada ao exaustor, pé de serralheria da mesa de jantar com espaçamento menor, etc. Em uma das ocasiões, pedi ao montador para ver o projeto que ele tinha em mãos e era diferente do que eu tinha assinado. Uma pena, mas não recomendo.
I came to Italo Mobili on the recommendation of a friend, but unfortunately my experience was not as positive as his. The assembly was planned to start on 03/09 and end on 04/13, but has not yet been completed. I had informed them that I was living there, and when I returned from my trip the following week, the place was uninhabitable. During the process, I noticed several project differences: drawers came without machining and with a touch lock, gourmet area doors without machining and ventilation area, gourmet area shelf not aligned with the hood, dining table metalworking foot with smaller spacing, etc. On one occasion, I asked the editor to see the project he had in hand and it was different from the one I had signed. A pity, but I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontos negativos: Atrasos após atrasos, não existe um responsável fixo pelo seu projeto, nossa projetista fez um monte de coisa errada no projeto, tivemos varias peças que vieram com defeito e tiveram que ser trocadas e o contrato de serviço possui prazos absurdos.
Pontos positivos: Setor de venda muito educado, o grupo de montagem é o pessoal que realmente trabalha e as pessoas que te atendem quando alguém te atende, são bem educadas e bem prestativos.
Meu apartamento tem 50m² estou a 3 meses inteiros APÓS a medição, sem o serviço pronto, isso porque só fiz uma cozinha e um escritório.
Para a experiência que estou tendo, com atrasos e estresse, valeria mais a pena fechar o serviço com uma loja mais barata.
Pense nisso antes de fechar com eles.
Negative points: Delays after delays, there is no fixed responsible for your project, our designer did a lot of wrong thing in the project, we had several parts that came defective and had to be replaced and the service contract has absurd deadlines.
Positives: Very polite sales department, the assembly group is the people who really work and the people who assist you when someone assists you, are well educated and very helpful.
My apartment is 50m² I'm 3 whole months after the measurement, without the service ready, that's because I only made a kitchen and an office.
For the experience I'm having, with delays and stress, it would be more worthwhile to close the service with a cheaper store.
Think about it before closing with them.
