Muito demorado,toda vez qui eu vou e a mesma situação mais de 40 minutos,pois só tinha um atendente no caixa!
Exceto pelos gerentes uniclass,qui são super rápidos em seus atendimentos e atenciosos “O GERENTE LUCAS”! Sempre me salva!
Worst agency in Itaú that I've ever been!
