 Terrible, long service, they don't answer the phone, they send us to one side, that side sends them to the other side, and so they wind us up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível. Do ponto de vista da estrutura do banco, que não tem tela chamando por senha, não tem organização intuitiva, poucos atendentes e agente fica neio perdido lá dentro. Já do ponto de vista pessoal, pior ainda. Um dos vendedores é um corrpto que tentou de todo jeito instalar pacotes com planos mais caros. Inclusive, este atendente foi denunciado no Banco Central. O restante do pessoal também não foi lá essas coisas. Os vigilantes foram todos mal educatos, com exceção de uma senhora e os atendentes de caixa não informam nada. Em fim, um banco que representa bem o brasil atual. Desorganizado e mais preocupados com investidores do que atender o povão.
Horrible experience. From the point of view of the bank's structure, which has no screen calling for a password, has no intuitive organization, few attendants and an agent is lost inside. From a personal point of view, even worse. One of the sellers is a broker who tried anyway to install packages with more expensive plans. This attendant was even denounced at the Central Bank. The rest of the staff didn't go there either. The guards were all rude, with the exception of one lady, and the cash clerks did not report anything. Finally, a bank that represents Brazil today. Disorganized and more concerned with investors than serving the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gerente que estar atendendo na porta , estar tratando muito mal as pessoas na fila , ela e muito confusa também para dar informação e colocar as pessoas na fila certa ... Ninguém aqui estar pedindo esmola , temos o nosso dinheiro no banco do Brasil e temos todos ser tratado com respeito!
