No dia 26/12 liguei pra Ito e agendandaram minha ultrassom morfológica do 3° trimestre para 14/01, hoje ao chegar no local o médico se recusou a realizar meu exame porque minha gestação é gemelar. Achei uma falta de respeito porque quando agendaram a consulta só me perguntaram se o exame estava autorizado pela Unimed, se eles têm esse critério deveriam deixar claro no momento de agendamento do exame e não fazer o paciente de palhaço! Estou dando 1 estrela somente porque não consigo postar sem marcar nenhuma ?
I do not recommend. On 12/26 I called Ito and they scheduled my 3rd trimester morphological ultrasound for 01/14. Today, when I arrived at the place, the doctor refused to perform my exam because my pregnancy is twins. I thought it was a lack of respect because when they scheduled the appointment, they only asked me if the exam was authorized by Unimed, if they have this criterion, they should make it clear when scheduling the exam and not make the patient a clown! I'm giving 1 star only because I can't post without checking any ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica tem uma estrutura mto boa porém, o médico é um poço de iguinorancia , não tem paciência pra explicar pro paciente sobre o exame .
E olha que é clínica particular , como se tivesse pedindo um favor pra ele fazer minha ultrassom.
Se depender de mim nunca mais volto pra fazer exame lá, não pela clínica e sim pelo péssimo profissional que ele é .
The clinic has a very good structure, however, the doctor is an equal pool, he does not have the patience to explain to the patient about the exam.
And look, this is a private clinic, as if asking him a favor to do my ultrasound.
If it depends on me, I'll never go back to take an exam there, not for the clinic but for the terrible professional he is.
