★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei como é o atendimento presencial, mas o atendimento por Internet / telefone deixou muito a desejar. Sem falar que o funcionário não sabia me informar sobre um dado simples de pagamento e não havia nenhum responsável na loja. No atendimento pelo WhattsApp o vendedor agia como se estivesse fazendo um favor.
I don't know what the face-to-face service is like, but Internet / phone service left a lot to be desired. Not to mention that the employee did not know how to inform me about a simple payment information and there was no responsible person in the store. In whattsApp service the seller acted as if he were doing a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom, variedade de produtos, funcionários prestativos. Observação: estrutura de estacionamento do local limitada, somente zona azul próximo a loja, dependendo do horário vc pode encontrar dificuldade em estacionar perto da loja.
Very good service, variety of products, helpful staff. Note: limited parking space, only blue area next to the store, depending on the time you may find it difficult to park near the store.

I WAS VERY MUCH IN THIS STORE ON A SATURDAY AND ONE OF THE SELLERS PASSED ME A VALUE THAT WOULD GO TO SEARCH INTO A SHOP MORE THAN IT WOULD PROBABLY BUY WITH THEM.
MORE WHEN I RETURN I SAID I CAN NOT MAKE THE VALUE THAT I HAD TOLD ME INCREASED 450.00 REAIS AND SAID THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR MORE.
IF I CONSUMER CAN NOT SEE WHAT IS BETTER FOR ME HOW DOES IT FACE?
ALEM HAS BEEN THE STORE IS A BAGUNÇA I NOT A BOARD NO ONE TO BUY IN THIS STORE PAST, I WAS IN A NEXT SHOP AND PAGUEI 650.00 THE MORE I HAD HIGHER SERVICE I WAS NOT BACK IN THE STORE PER PRICE AND YES I LIKED THE PRODUCT

Comprei duas vezes nesta loja , cama box baú casal e há um atrás em fevereiro 2018 e agora em janeiro de 2019 com a Sra. Josi.
Das duas vezes honraram a entrega comprei pela manhã de sábado e entregaram no mesmo dias.
Parabéns
O produto cama box baú funciona perfeitamente sem problemas nos pistões , nas dobradiças , na estrutura e no courinho que reveste .
Boa loja bons vendedores bons produtos.

Good store for mattresses, beds and the like.
I bought twice in this store, double bed box and there is one ago in February 2018 and now in January 2019 with Ms. Josi.
Both times they honored the delivery, I bought it on Saturday morning and they delivered on the same day.
Congratulations
The box bed product works perfectly without any problems on the pistons, hinges, structure and the leather it covers.
Good store good sellers good products.
