★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra loja pra saber o preço de um plafon duplo de plástico branco, e o vendedor que me atendeu não sabia o que era plafon! Pra mim isso é um absurdo, trabalhar em uma loja de matériais elétricos, e não saber o que e um plafon? Tenha dó, deveriam dar mais treinamento para os vendedores, não merecem o cargo que estão ocupando!
I called the store to find out the price of a double white plastic ceiling light, and the salesperson who answered me didn't know what a ceiling was! For me this is absurd, working in an electrical material store, and not knowing what is a ceiling? Have pity, they should give more training to the salespeople, they don't deserve the position they are occupying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive ontem no estacionamento da loja já que estão atendendo sistema drive- tru,fui comprar duas luminárias, pedi pra olhar mas o vendedor só me mandou fotos! Atendimento demorado fiquei 53 minutos esperando pra pagar e receber a mercadoria! Chegando em casa fui abrir a compra e vi que estava faltando um vidro em uma das luminárias, imediatamente tirei foto e mandei para o vencedor e falando o que tinha acontecido, no dia seguinte ele me disse que a expedição iria entrar em contato comigo mas acabei ligando devido a demora do retorno! um tal de Juliano me falou que foi ele que havia conferido e que estava tudo certo! O gerente iria olhar o vídeo e pra minha surpresa falaram que todos os vidros estavam nas luminárias! Como assim? Pra mim veio faltando um vidro! Fiquei no prejuízo! Descepcionada com essa loja não.indico pra ninguém! O cliente não tem vez, a razão é só deles!!
