Muita falta de respeito, principalmente neste momento que estamos passando,pessoas que querem comprar lote NĂO COMPREM nada vinculado essa empresa, pois eles sĂł tem interesse em arrancar dinheiro, olhem o contrato, IGPM no contrato Ă© furada, e quem ja assinou correr para antecipar as parcelas, pois cada mĂȘs que passa Ă© um juros abusivo, sou moradora do Jd.Sabias e muitos no bairro nĂŁo estĂŁo dando conta de pagar, mandei e mail para antecipação e faz 1 semana que nĂŁo retornam, eles tem poder para nĂŁo cobrar esses juros do IGPM, mas nĂŁo o querem, pois sĂł pensam em seus bolsos, pĂ©ssima administração e vejo pelos outros comentĂĄrios que nĂŁo estou errada em reclamar.

2 anos depois de fazer a compra de um terreno, tiver supresa.. IPTU anteriores nĂŁo tinha sido paga..
Ficaram uns 3 mesmo enrolado.
O grande absurdo é sempre que ligo lå pra resolver alguma coisa, a recepção pede pra ligar depois, porque a pessoa que eu desejo falar e que vai leva em médio 1 minuto pra mi passar a informação que preciso, geralmente estå em reunião e pede pra passar via whatsapp, porém leva em média 3 dias pra retorno.
Hå que preciso é fazer antecipação de parcelas.
Que situação dessa empresa, não estão preocupado e não tem interesse, que seus clientes faça antecipação de parcelas..
Diante desses ponto vejo a Jacitara, como uma empresa que nĂŁo tem respeito algum por seus clientes..
Fora outras citaçÔes contratual, que que comprou algum imóvel da jacitara sabe do que estou falando.
Estou extremamente insatisfeito..
