★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos, não consegue consertar uma máquina, paguei duas vezes para ajeitar o mesmo problema e nada de solução, isso não existe. Não recomendo, passem bem longe deles!
 Terrible, you can't fix a machine, I paid twice to fix the same problem and no solution, it doesn't exist. I don't recommend it, stay away from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Levei uma impressora e semanas depois a mesma apresentou o mesmo problema. Entrei em contato via whatsapp mas não respondem, só vieram responder quando falei que acionária a justiça e ainda disseram que eu não estava sabendo usar o driver da impressora. Colocando toda a culpa em mim. Desde de março que está uma confusão que eles dizem consertar e a impressora não volta a funcionar.
Terrible attendance. I took a printer and weeks later it presented the same problem. I got in touch via whatsapp but they don't answer, they only came to answer when I said that I was a shareholder in the courts and they still said that I didn't know how to use the printer driver. Putting all the blame on me. Since March there is a mess that they say to fix and the printer will not work again.
