Os acionei pela internet, e as compras foram pelo zap. A forma de pagamento foi transferência entre contas. A entrega aconteceu dentro do prazo. Indico à outros clientes.

Não poderia ser melhor!!,eu e meu esposo fomos p/ fazer um orçamento,em algumas lojas,e essa foi a primeira que entramos,e não foi nem preciso,sair dali e continuar a pesquisa. Fomos super bem atendimento,pelo vendedor Anderson,que mesmo sabendo que só era um orçamento,nos deu toda atenção,sem problema algum,
E retornamos,dia 19/01,finalizamos a compra,c/ a entrega de 1 a 7 dias úteis.
E para a nossa surpresa hoje dia 21/01,já aconteceu a nossa entrega.

We were very well attended by the seller Anderson, who even though he knew it was just a quote, gave us all his attention, no problem at all,
And we return, on 19/01, we complete the purchase, with delivery from 1 to 7 business days.
And to our surprise today, January 21st, our delivery has already taken place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Gerente desagradável e dono ausente. Funcionários com má vontade de atender e não venderam por que não queriam. Disseram que não podiam tirar a madeira da pilha por que dava trabalho e que não foi só pra mim que não venderam pelo mesmo motivo. Depois reclama da economizar, do governo. Dois funcionários fazem o trabalho quando eles não estão, não funciona.
Terrible attendance! Unpleasant manager and absent owner. Employees unwilling to attend and did not sell because they did not want to. They said that they could not take the wood out of the pile because it was hard work and that it wasn’t just for me that they didn’t sell it for the same reason. Then he complains about saving, from the government. Two employees do the work when they are not there, it does not work.
