Ao enviar o veículo para a revisão dos 12.000 km (27/04/2020), tive que enviar pelo guincho por causa da quarentena. O veículo foi enviado em perfeito estado SEM RISCOS ou AVARIAS. Ao retornar (também pelo guincho) em 28/04/2020, apresentou várias avarias, como riscos. amassados, lanterna quebrada. Tive que devolver para a Concessionária. Rapidez sim, descaso TAMBÉM. Falta de cuidado MUITO. Agora tenho que aguardar mais alguns dias, pagar guincho novamente.
I bought the car in August / 2019, JEEP COMPASS LONGITUDE. Excellent service and helpful, consultant Leonardo. When sending the vehicle for the 12,000 km overhaul (27/04/2020), I had to send it by the tow truck because of the quarantine. The vehicle was sent in perfect condition WITHOUT RISKS or DAMAGE. When he returned (also by the tow truck) on 04/28/2020, he presented several malfunctions, such as risks. dented, broken lantern. I had to return it to the dealership. Speed yes, neglect ALSO. Too little care. Now I have to wait a few more days, pay for a tow truck again.
