★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência e ASSÉDIO. Atendente Adriana Mercateli me passou uma chave velha (comprei zero km) e a chave reserva veio com defeito e a atendente ignorou meus pedidos de solução. Além disse, quase TE OBRIGAM a avaliar com nota 10 o formulário, disseram
Que se desse nota 9 ou menos, não daria pra liberar o carro no dia e precisaria abrir chamado. Empresa sem ética, vendedora agressiva e sem vontade de consertar as coisas! E pra finalizar, ela me assediou, me chamando de lindo, amorzinho entre outras coisas. Cadê o respeito? Sou comprometido e mesmo se não fosse, ASSÉDIO É IMORAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do Rafael foi ótimo! Mas aconteceram 2 fatos que causaram transtornos. O primeiro é que nos perguntou o final da placa que queríamos, dissemos final 5 e 6 e recebemos uma relação. Olhamos para as letras e não nos atentamos para o número. Acabamos escolhendo um final igual ao que já temos e só percebemos quando pegamos o carro, ou seja, não dá pra trocar e agora temos 2 carris com rodízio no mesmo dia. Tá certo que também não fomos atentas, mas porque perguntar que final queríamos e mandar uma relação completa sem qualquer filtro?
O outro ponto é que compramos camera de ré a parte e, quando fomos usar, ela estava pessimamente localizada, filmando apenas o chão e não o que tinha atrás do carro. Agora está sendo um parto para conseguir que corrijam o problema. Acham que temos todo o tempo e disponibilidade do mundo para nos adequarmos à disponibilidade que querem impor para resolver um problema que eles mesmos causaram e pior, não checaram o serviço antes de liberar o carro para o cliente.

The other point is that we bought the reverse camera separately and, when we went to use it, it was badly located, filming only the ground and not what was behind the car. Now it's being a labor to get them to fix the problem. They think we have all the time and availability in the world to adapt to the availability they want to impose to solve a problem that they themselves caused and worse, they didn't check the service before releasing the car to the customer.

Como falaram que iriam entregar o carro em 6 meses, vendi o que tinha e a dois meses estou no prejuízo.
Estarei buscando meu direitos de consumidor e indo as mídias para alertar o quanto vergonhoso é a merca.
Não honrando com o contrato assinado.
Isso não se faz com um consumidor da marca.
