★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A avaliação do seu usado é pessima. Sem contar que são bastante inflexíveis na negociação do preço final.
O Renegade Limited 20/20 estava mais caro que o 20/21 da Azzurra que já vem com o teto solar.
Na Azzurra este 20/21 saiu 4mil maos barato que o 20/20 deles.
Sem contar que o meu usado foi avaliado em 4mil a mais na Azzurra e que a transferência foi grátis ao passo que na Leauto era na faixa de 1.2mil.
Um conselho: antes de fechar com eles procure em outras concessionárias Jeep. Comprei um carro hoje mais moderno , pagando bem menos.
Quanto aos vendedores nada a reclamar , são educados e agradáveis. A dificuldade ds negociação vem dos níveis superiores de gestão.

Too bad, I'm feeling cheated, I signed a contract and they simply didn't pass because the tax had increased and with that the values increased. Only what was saved was the seller who can't do anything. Horrible experience in buying a jeep in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa. 5a categoria. Estava interessado na compra de uma Ecosport 2019. Dia 28/06/21 liguei p um vendedor e marcou comigo na Leauto da Intendente magalhães. Pois bem, chagando lá, não estava nem o vendedor (licença médica) e nem o carro. Depois de pesquisar no sistema, um vendedor me informou que estava na Leauto da Tijuca. Dia 30/06/21 fui eu para a Leauto da Tijuca, chegando por volta das 17h. Conversei com a vendedora e fiz uma proposta de R$71.500 no carro. A vendedora conversou com seu gerente e aceitaram a proposta, desde que fosse pagamento a vista. Falei que não sabia se ia conseguir o valor àquela hora, pois tinha que tentar falar com minha gerente do banco, conseguir uma parte emprestado com parentes. Pois bem. 17:40h consegui o valor e comuniquei a ela, que foi avisar ao gerente. Depois de uns 15 minutos na sala do gerente, voltou com a resposta que não poderia mais vender pelo valor que acordamos, porque o desconto só valia até as 17:30h, que era a hora que o financeiro fechava e só daria para faturar no dia seguinte e sem desconto nenhum.
Descupe, mas dane-se que o financeiro fechou. fez um acordo, CUMPRE. Fazer os clientes de idiotas é papel de gerente moleque.
Se quiserem comprar carros lá, comprem. Pode até dar certo, mas não confiem na empresa nem nos seus gerentes sem palavra.

Bad company. 5th category. I was interested in buying a 2019 Ecosport. On 06/28/21 I called a seller and booked me at Leauto da Intendente magalhães. On 06/30/21 I went to Leauto da Tijuca, arriving around 17:00. I talked to the seller and made a proposal for R$71,500 on the car. If you want to buy cars there, buy them. It might work, but don't trust the company or its unspoken managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei a Jeep Leauto no dia de hoje (17/03/22) para dirimir algumas dúvidas sobre meu Jeep Compass T 270 e fui muito bem tratado. Desde o contato inicial via telefone, o Sr. Marcelo, gerente da referida concessionária, foi extremamente atencioso e cordial. Sem sombra de dúvidas recomendo essa empresa e irei fazer as revisões do meu veículo lá.
I looked for Jeep Leauto today (17/03/22) to resolve some doubts about my Jeep Compass T 270 and I was treated very well. From the initial contact over the phone, Mr. Marcelo, manager of that dealership, was extremely attentive and cordial. Without a doubt I recommend this company and I will have my vehicle serviced there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei hoje cedo na concessionária e negociei um Jeep Compass Série S na concessionária hoje as 10:00 da manhã com o vendedor Carlos, após negociar, ele confirmar a proposta com a genrente, enviei documentação e sinal de negócio, quando foi 12:00 o vendedor me ligando que não poderia vender o carro pois o mesmo estava retido em qualidade.
Informei ao mesmo que não teria problema em esperar, ai mudaram a conversa dizendo que não poderiam honrar com a venda pois o carro foi colocado indevidamente no estoque da concessionária, que o carro não existe, que ele já pertencia a outro cliente.
Liguei no gerente Marcelo e o mesmo disse que era pra eu passar meus dados que devolveria o sinal e ainda disse que é uma coisa normal de acontecer, que isso tem acontecido frequentemente com ele.
UMA TOTAL FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CONSUMIDOR.
