★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós venda é um transtorno. É difícil agendar uma revisão (tem que ligar várias vezes até alguém te atender). Fiz as duas primeiras revisões na concessionária e ficaram com o carro 48h na primeira, 26h na segunda (e não resolveram o problema!). Basicamente só trabalham com um carro (Renegade) e mesmo assim nunca tem peça em estoque e você precisa ficar esperando semanas até seu problema ser resolvido. Precisa melhorar muito. Para quem vende produtos nessa faixa de preço, o atendimento e o serviço precisam corresponder. No meu caso minhas experiências foram bem negativas, causaram transtorno, e não vi ninguém empenhado em dar uma solução. Somente justificativas. Espero que leiam e melhorem, assim posso rever minha avaliação no futuro.
After-sales is an inconvenience. It's difficult to schedule a review (you have to call several times until someone answers). I did the first two revisions at the dealership and they had the car for 48 hours the first time, 26 hours the second (and they didn't solve the problem!). Basically they only work with one car (Renegade) and even then there is never a part in stock and you have to wait weeks until your problem is solved. It needs to improve a lot. For those selling products in this price range, service and service need to match. In my case, my experiences were very negative, caused inconvenience, and I didn't see anyone committed to providing a solution. Justifications only. I hope you read it and improve it so I can review my review in the future.

Fiz a primeira revisão no mês 03/2022 e quando fui na oficina para ver o andamento, descobrir que tinham colocado óleo do moto não homologado pela Jeep.
E o pior é estavam cobrar o Homologado (MOPAR).
Resumo, estava pagando ouro e levando prata
Bad for doing reviews. I felt wronged...
I did the first service in the month 03/2022 and when I went to the workshop to see the progress, I discovered that they had put oil on the motorcycle not approved by Jeep.
And the worst thing is they were charging the Approved (MOPAR).
Summary, I was paying gold and taking silver
