Os serviços não acompanhandos, espero terem sidos feitos corretamente! Uma insegurança foi gerada, infelizmente! Para minha primeira experiência o resultado é razoável, pois alguns itens deixam a desejar, exenllo: a lavagem cortesia, julgo melhor não ser oferecida, pois quem passou pretinho nos pneus não deve saber direito o que é roda e o que é pneu!!! Rodas sujas e babadas! Sem falar que tocou em diversos pontos do carro que ficou uma meleca só! A noite, os vidros pareciam que tinham participado de uma festa de criança, tudo sujo e engordurado!! Um horror! Melhor entregar o carro sujo! Cortesia pelo visto é um problema!!! Fico por aqui para não ser mais indelicado!

Lavagem do veículo OK.
No agendamento, é passado todos os dados do proprietário porém, presencialmente é necessário passar novamente. Ponto a melhorar!
Solicitei o orçamento dos itens obrigatórios durante o agendamento por Whatsapp, o qual para minha surpresa, presencialmente, tive que negociar e argumentar muito para conseguir chegar no valor que passaram por Whatsapp. Este ponto necessita melhorar muito!
Meu veículo estava prestes a completar a KM para a revisão (faltava 500km de um total de 12.000km), que é o intervalo em KM de revisão para revisão.
Inicialmente NÃO queriam aceitar, dizendo que estava antes do prazo e que poderia acarretar algo em minha garantia, o que para mim é totalmente estranho e novo.
Depois de algum tempo argumentando, "CONSEGUI" deixar meu veículo para revisão.
Na minha visão e experiência como consumidor, existe bastante espaço de melhoria no quesito Pós Venda da JEEP BALILLA.

I requested the budget of the mandatory items during the appointment by Whatsapp, which to my surprise, in person, I had to negotiate and argue a lot to get to the amount that went through Whatsapp. This point needs a lot of improvement!
My vehicle was about to complete the KM for the overhaul (500km was missing from a total of 12,000km), which is the range in KM from overhaul to overhaul.
Initially they did NOT want to accept it, saying that it was ahead of the deadline and that it could affect my warranty, which for me is totally strange and new.
After some time arguing, I "MANAGED" to leave my vehicle for service.
In my view and experience as a consumer, there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of After Sales at JEEP BALILLA.

Carro apresentava falha no sistema de áudio, hodômetro e sistema start / stop!! Bastava trocar a bateria (que na loja da Moura custa metade do valor) e fazer a reprogramação que tudo estaria resolvido... no orçamento quiseram trocar além da bateria, sensores, pilhas das chaves e mais outros componentes....
