★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São péssimos em retorno para o cliente...pegaram o serviço da vidraçaria de um dos membros da família deles q fechou no ano passado (não devido a pandemia) e simplesmente fazem 9 meses que estou aguardando a instalação...vieram aqui em janeiro instalaram a parte estrutural, depois de 2 meses vieram aqui e deixaram o vidro encostado na parede dizendo q logo viriam instalar (atualmente está correndo o risco de quebrar). Hj faz mas de 1 semana q estou cobrando um retorno... definitivamente eles não tem respeito pelo cliente e nem cumprem com os prazos que eles mesmos passam...não estou reclamando de um simples espelho, é referente a uma cobertura de vidro... semana que volto com mais atualizações...
They are terrible in return for the customer ... they took the glass service from one of their family members who closed it last year (not due to a pandemic) and they have just been waiting for the installation for 9 months ... they came here in January they installed the structural part, after 2 months they came here and left the glass leaning against the wall saying that they would soon install it (currently it is in danger of breaking). Today it’s more than 1 week that I’m charging a return ... definitely they don’t have respect for the client and they don’t even meet the deadlines that they spend themselves… I’m not complaining about a simple mirror, it’s about a glass cover. .. next week with more updates ...

Na hora de vender é uma beleza, na hora de ir consertar algo que deixaram errado, não retornam a ligação, não atendem, não respondem o whats app, faz meses que tento o contato e nada, entra água na minha porta da sacada quando chove e não estão nem ai, profissionalismo zero.
Terrible! it borders on the ridiculous.
When it's time to sell, it's a beauty, when it's time to go fix something they left wrong, they don't return the call, don't answer, don't answer the whats app, I've been trying for months and nothing, water gets on my balcony door when it rains and they don't care, zero professionalism.

Excellent service, I have already placed 4 shower stalls with them, all of which are in perfect working order. the first box over 10 years old and without any spare parts.
