Gostei bastante também da forma de fazer o pedido, que favorece o distanciamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a segunda vez que venho e o atendimento é ruim. Demoram para atender, passam os pedidos na frente, e por consequência o lanche chega praticamente frio. Diferente das outras lojas da rede. Evitem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pena o atendimento ser péssimo pq o lanche como sempre (espetacular) mas o atendimento ruim é só nessa unidade mesmo pq frequento várias outras e nunca vi isso, muito pelo contrário!
It's a shame the service is terrible because the snack is as always (spectacular) but the bad service is only in this unit because I frequent several others and I've never seen that, quite the opposite!

Não existe inúmeras opções de hambúrguer o que se torna mais prático.
O modelo com token para solicitar o pedido funciona muito bem, fato que torna o atendimento bem mais rápido.
O preço é compatível e com qualidade.
Sem contar que em todas as ocasiões foi rápido, o lanche veio quente e com o sabor à altura do esperando.
Realmente é um dos melhor lanches de rede de fast food. Gostei muito do local e do ambiente moderno.
Retornarei com certeza e recomendo a todos a experiência.

There are no numerous burger options which makes it more practical.
The model with token to request the order works very well, a fact that makes the service much faster.
The price is compatible and with quality.
Not to mention that on all occasions it was quick, the snack came hot and with the flavor to match the waiting.
It really is one of the best fast food chain snacks. I really liked the location and the modern atmosphere.
I will definitely return and recommend the experience to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A coxinha costuma ser excelente, costumava pedir via delivery, porém , sempre chegava muito atrasado e fria. Deixei de pedir... Hoje estava no shopping e resolvi pedir para comer na praça de alimentação.. imaginei que não teria problemas... Só que não, fiz o pedido, paguei e, em alguns minutos, fui chamado. Surpresa, não tinha coxinha . A atendente disse que foi erro no sistema e sugeriu substituir. Resultado! Peguei dinheiro de volta e fui no concorrente. Nunca mais retorno. Fujam.....
The coxinha is usually excellent, I used to order it via delivery, however, it always arrived very late and cold. I stopped ordering... Today I was at the mall and I decided to order to eat at the food court.. I figured I wouldn't have any problems... But no, I ordered, paid and, in a few minutes, I was called. Surprise, there was no coxinha. The attendant said it was a system error and suggested replacing it. Result! I took the money back and went to the competitor. Never return. run away.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo delivery. Pedi pelo Rappi o lanche às 15h34, marcaram que o pedido saiu para entrega por volta das 16h, e agora às 17h30 nada de chegar. E não existe forma alguma de contatar para perguntar o que está acontecendo, pois ninguém atende o telefone, e não há forma de cancelar pelo Rappi, ou seja, fico à mercê da boa vontade deles entregarem ou cancelarem. Já é a segunda vez que acontece isso. NUNCA peçam delivery dessa unidade do Jeronimo.
Terrible delivery. I asked Rappi for the snack at 3:34 pm, they scheduled the order to be delivered around 4 pm, and now at 5:30 pm nothing has arrived. And there's no way to contact them to ask what's going on, because no one answers the phone, and there's no way to cancel through Rappi, that is, I'm at the mercy of their willingness to deliver or cancel. It's the second time this has happened. NEVER order delivery from this Jeronimo unit.
