A base do jiu jitsu é a defesa pessoal, e a Alliance resgatou essa essência. Nossa metodologia abrange a autodefesa e as técnicas mais atuais de jiu jitsu, por isso somos e equipe que mais venceu mundiais do esporte.
Para nós, não importa se você nunca pisou em um tatame ou nunca praticou nenhum esporte. Nosso ensino prioza o conhecimento técnico por isso separamos nossos alunos por módulos: iniciante, intermediário e avançado.
