★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasta, comprei um fone de ouvido sem fio, ganhei um desconto no débito e foi me vendido uma embalagem lacrada! perguntei se era bom fazer o teste na hora, o proprietário falou que não, pois qualquer problema ele resolveria, e que era melhor dar a primeira carga em casa e depois parear, junto comigo na loja estava outro consumidor com seu cachorrinho e falou que era bom mas que o original custava cerca de 7.000, alto de cabelo longo mochila e luvas, que parecia ser amigo do proprietariado, o horário foi por volta das 14:15 /14: 30, pois tinha uma cirurgia naquele dia de transplante e como iria demorar m,eia hora para preparar a sala, eu resolvi ver se encontrava esses fones em lojas ou quiosques de informatica.
Pois bem abri a caixa na ODONTOTAP e pedi para carregar no computador, pois pensei que a cirurgia iria demorar mais de 3 horas, mas foi mais rapida e peguei a caixinha coloquei na caixa e nem olhei os fones, ao chegar em casa pus novamente para carregar ate que a carga tivesse completa, quando assim ficou, abri os fones e ao colocar o fone direito no meu ouvido ele soltou a capa protetora da frente.
Como linhas de montagem volta e meia tem problemas, fiquei de retornar no dia seguinte mas em repouso absoluto pedi para que meu pai fosse meu lugar, ja que estava com o "cupom fiscal" em mãos.
E lá o Sr. Proprietário MENTIU DIZENDO INCLUSIVE QUE TESTOU O PRODUTO, E QUE ABRIU NA MINHA FRENTE, DETALHE A CAIXA ME ENTREGUE ESTAVA COM UM ENVOLUCRO DE PLASTICO LACRADA E DIFÍCIL DE ABRIR.
E ELE PRIMEIRO SE NEGOU A TROCAR, E SÓ ACEITA TROCAR SE EU FOR PESSOALMENTE LÁ. O QUE CONTRARIA QUALQUER DISPOSITIVO DA LEI 8078/90 QUE NÃO ESTAVA VISÍVEL,
CONFIAR EM UMA PESSOA E ALGO CADA VEZ M,AIS TRISTE E LASTIMÁVEL.
ME CHAMO PEDRO NORONHA E NÃO INDICO ESSA LOJA NEM PARA HITLER.
POIS FALTA DE CARÁTER E MENTIRA SÃOS DUAS COISAS QUE REPUDIO!
