Mas recomendo a loja sim

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo ! Eles são muito bons pra fazer o cartão da loja ,agora tente cancelar pra vc ver a burocracia que é ,e mesmo assim não consegue cancelar e a pessoa têm que ficar pagando o cartão sem usar .
Terrible service! They are very good at making the store card, now try to cancel it so you can see the bureaucracy that it is, and even then you can't cancel and the person has to keep paying the card without using it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito da riachuelo, pra criança por exemplo sempre tem umas roupas bem modernas, estilosas, mas essa loja em específico deixa a desejar, pois só tem roupa infantil até 10 anos :(
I really like riachuelo, for children, for example, they always have very modern, stylish clothes, but this store in particular leaves something to be desired, as they only have children's clothes up to 10 years old :(

Realizei o pedido para retirada em até 4 horas, apoia o pagamento via PIX, e o site ocasionou um erro fazendo com que o produto fosse faturado e entregue para a loja. Ao chegar na loja Riachuelo do Shopping Santana Park e explicar o ocorrido, fui tratada super mal, na qual no WhatsApp informaram para eu ir na loja para retirada. A responsável pela loja no dia, informou que não poderia me ajudar, que ia chamar o gerente e ele se recusou à atender dizendo que estava em reunião. Virei minhas costas decepcionada, por ter sido tratada igual um lixo, as funcionárias ficaram rindo de mim, por questionar sobre o produto e do fato no momento. Ao retornar na loja depois de 15 minutos eu ouvi elas falando sobre o meu caso e rindo. Cadê o respeito com a cliente? Eu estou mega frustrada com a loja e com a qualidade péssima do atendimento. Eu nunca mais vou realizar compra com vocês, devido esse atendimento horrível.
I would like to report what happened. I made the order for withdrawal within 4 hours, it supports payment via PIX, and the website caused an error causing the product to be invoiced and delivered to the store. When I arrived at the Riachuelo store at Shopping Santana Park and explained what had happened, I was treated super badly, in which WhatsApp told me to go to the store for withdrawal. The person in charge of the store on the day informed that she could not help me, that she was going to call the manager and he refused to answer saying he was in a meeting. I turned my back disappointed, for having been treated like garbage, the employees were laughing at me, for questioning the product and the fact at the moment. Upon returning to the store after 15 minutes I heard them talking about my case and laughing. Where's the respect for the customer? I am very frustrated with the store and the poor quality of service. I will never shop with you again because of this horrible customer service.
