Colocou vidro com aparente irisacao e fala que foi culpa do cliente o vidro apresentar irisacao, pq supostamente passou algum produto q fez isso, sendo q o vidro foi limpo com água , sabão e pano de microfibra.
Não indico essa empresa a ninguém pelo péssimo pós compra, de vez tentar resolver ou ver se pode fazer algo falou simples pra procurar o procon...
Isso mostra muito o perfil da empresa
Bad after sales experience
He put on glass with apparent irisacao and says that it was the customer's fault that the glass had irisacao, because it supposedly used some product that did that, and the glass was cleaned with water, soap and a microfiber cloth.
I don't recommend this company to anyone because of the bad after purchase, sometimes trying to solve it or see if you can do something, he said simple to look for the procon...
