Fui pelo seguro trocar o vidro lateral do passageiro e além de gravarem o número do chassi torto no vidro, colocaram uma película com pelo menos três tons mais claro que os demais instalados. Retornei ao estabelecimento , falei com o dono Sr. Cláudio, que me tratou muito mau, não resolveu meu problema e ainda disse que o serviço estava bem feito. Se tivesse um pouco de empatia, se o carro fosse dele, será que teria tomado essa mesma atitude? Meu carro é de luxo e ficou totalmente descaracterizado.

Essa semana fui levar meu carro pra arrumar o vidro que quando baixei não estava levantando mais, expliquei pro dono isso ele disse com toda certeza que era um cabo lá e que ficaria 180 porai falei tranquilo voltei lá funcionário dele falo que era só um arrebite pois o dono achou ruim do funcionário ter me falado que era só aquilo e me cobrou um preço não muito baixo do que ele tinha falado atendimento horrível do dono só quer ganhar dinheiro nas costas dos outros nunca mais retorno lá nada profissional não e nem pelo dinheiro mas sim pelo profissional e o fato dele ter achado ruim com funcionário

Fui com meu marido para trocar o insulfilm do nosso carro, mas fomos tão mal atendidos por um senhor que não sei o nome nem quem é que desistimos do serviço. Péssima tratativa, parecia que estava nos fazendo um favor. Uma pena, pois já utilizamos o serviço da loja outra vez pelo seguro e fomos muito bem recebidos (pelos funcionários) e foi por isso que decidimos retornar para fazer outros serviços, mas dessa vez fomos surpreendidos pela falta de simpatia deste senhor.
I went with my husband to change the insulfilm of our car, but we were so poorly attended by a gentleman that I don't know his name or who we gave up on the service. Terrible treatment, it felt like he was doing us a favor. It's a shame, because we already used the store's service again for the insurance and we were very well received (by the staff) and that's why we decided to return to do other services, but this time we were surprised by this gentleman's lack of sympathy.
