★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o carro para reparo do vidro, o funcionário disse que em uma hora estaria pronto, quando retornei, o funcionário tinha ido embora(deixando o serviçono meio do caminho) e outro funcionário(único motivo para eu dar 2 estrelas e não Zero) atendeu e informou que teria que ser feito a aplicação do produto novamente, já que o funcionário que sumiu não avisou nada aos demais colegas de trabalho.
 I left the car for glass repair, the employee said it would be ready in an hour, when I returned, the employee had left (leaving the service halfway) and another employee (the only reason I give 2 stars and not Zero) answered and informed that the product would have to be applied again, since the employee who disappeared did not warn other co-workers.

Autoglass Santos' service was perfect. Technicians are polite and helpful. The service is excellent. Thank you all for the service. Recomendo principalmente para quem tem seguro e vai utilizar do serviço com uso de franquia. Fiz a troca do parabrisa e eles já tinham em estoque a peça, onde fizera a gravação do chassis , tiraram o vidro trincado e efetuaram o serviço da substituição. Nem parece q foi substituído. Parabéns a todos da equipe que me atendeu. O prazo de execução do serviço foi de aproximadamente 3 horas e a única orientação foi para não lavar o carro por 1 semana. Valor da franquia Porto foi de $290 e o agendamento foi para o dia seguinte.
Excellent service, with prepared employees and with all the care of epis and tools for a quality service. I recommend it mainly for those who have insurance and will use the service with a deductible. I replaced the windshield and they already had the part in stock, where I had made the engraving of the chassis, they removed the cracked glass and performed the replacement service. It doesn't even look like it's been replaced. Congratulations to all of the team that assisted me. The service execution time was approximately 3 hours and the only guidance was not to wash the car for 1 week. The value of the Porto franchise was $290 and the appointment was for the following day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na loja sem o vidro retrovisor do meu carro e fui atendida pelo Vitor, que me amparou da melhor maneira possível em um momento difícil pós incidente, me orientou da melhor maneira possível como poderíamos resolver o problema. No momento a loja não tinha disponível o modelo do vidro do meu carro mas me disponibilizou um provisório para eu não ficar com o carro parado até a chegada do vidro adequado. Parabéns a todos os profissionais, principalmente ao Vitor pelo atendimento. Nota 10 ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, tive nesse empresa pra trocar a lanterna traseira Do meu Fiat pela seguradora Sompo, usaram uma peça inferior Marca Depo made in Taiwan dizendo ser a peça que é a fornecida pela seguradora, a peça é diferente da do lado direito original, ficou diferente um acabamento ruim Claramente não original Fiat. Reclamei com a seguradora Sompo que apoiou a má prestação de serviço inclusive do pós serviço me ligou uma jovem que não tem preparo nenhum pra atendimento a clientes que quiz me induzir a aceitar que essa peça como original.. absurdo dos Absurdos , em seguro só aceite serviços pela autorizada do seu Veículo.
A alguns anos atrás troquei a mesma peça marca original na Mesma empresa.que prestou excelente reparo.
O jovem prestador foi excelente no atendimento. Fica aqui minha insatisfação qnto ao serviço com relação a qualidade da peça e posição da Sompo seguros, Havendo Retratação altero minha opinião até porque no passado já precisei e foi plenamente satisfatório.
