Nessa semana uma das pedras do anel caiu, o que já me choca pois um anel nesse valor e de uma marca tão grande acontecer isso diz muito sobre a qualidade do produto. Como o produto ainda esta na garantia fui até a loja, para ver o que poderia ser feito. Chegando la não tinha o mesmo o anel, foi dito que eu tinha algumas opções: 1- trocar por outro / 2- EU MESMA ligar para outras lojas para procurar o anel igual (o cliente que deveria procurar? Absurdo!).
Decidi trocar por outro, gostei somente de 1 anel da loja que era 100 reais mais barato. Uma vez escolhido o anel, perguntei o que seria feito com os 100 reais de diferença, se poderia ser devolvido, se tinha outro produto na loja no valor de 100 reais (obviamente não) ou se podiam gerar um voucher nesse valor. A Gerente da Loja do Barra Shopping disse que nada podia ser feito, nenhuma das três opcoes. O que é um absurdo pois eu estava trocando o anel por um defeito e ma qualidade do produto, não por escolha minha e a única opção que me foi dada era trocar por um produto de menor valor e perder os 100 reais. Sendo assim, mesma que indiretamente a única opção que me foi dada pela loja Pandora era gastar mais dinheiro na loja com outra coisa.
Fiquei impactada negativamente pela ma qualidade do produto e pela falta de atenção e falta de resolução para o cliente, uma vez que eu estava ali por um problema de defeito do próprio produto da loja e não porque eu queria.
Ainda digo mais, acho um absurdo o produto ter apenas 1 ano de garantia, pois se caiu a pedra com menos de 1 ano de uso do anel, a chance de cair novamente era grande e eu ficaria sem o produto por conta do fim da garantia. Pessimo!! Um alto valor investido, qualidade ruim e pessimo atendimento e resolução ao cliente.
Desejo que a loja Pandora entre em contato comigo para resolução desse problema imediatamente.
I got a ring from my fiance in September last year, a ring for 699 reais. I decided to exchange it for another one, I only liked 1 ring from the store that was 100 reais cheaper. Once the ring was chosen, I asked what would be done with the 100 reais difference, if it could be returned, if there was another product in the store worth 100 reais (obviously not) or if they could generate a voucher for that amount. The Barra Shopping Store Manager said that nothing could be done, none of the three options. Which is absurd because I was exchanging the ring for a defect and poor quality of the product, not my choice and the only option I was given was to exchange it for a product of lesser value and lose the 100 reais. So, even if indirectly, the only option given to me by the Pandora store was to spend more money in the store on something else.
I was negatively impacted by the poor quality of the product and the lack of attention and lack of resolution for the customer, since I was there because of a defect in the store's own product and not because I wanted to.
I still say more, I think it's absurd that the product has only 1 year of warranty, because if the stone fell with less than 1 year of use of the ring, the chance of falling again was great and I would be without the product because of the end of the warranty . Terrible!! A high amount invested, bad quality and bad customer service and resolution.
I want the Pandora store to contact me to resolve this issue immediately.
