Cheguei 12 minutos após o horário para pegar o resultado do meu exame e mesmo assim uma delas me atendeu, pegou meu exame e deu logo uma solução. Para fazer o exame também! Atendimento rápido, a Dra. muito atenciosa. Super recomendo! Será o primeiro local que procurarei quando precisar fazer algum exame do tipo!
Excellent service. The attendants are very polite, patient and helpful. I arrived 12 minutes after the hour to get the result of my exam and even then one of them answered me, took my exam and immediately gave me a solution. To take the exam too! Quick service, very attentive Dr. Super recommend! It will be the first place I will look when I need to do some kind of exam!

I don't understand why they make an appointment if they cannot comply with them. I arrived on time with my parents aged 85 and 84 and after 1 hour we are still waiting to be called. #lack ofrespect #lack ofconsideration to the elderly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tolerância é unilateral! Fui fazer um exame hj e esqueci a requisição, médica estava atrasada mais de 30 min.... Eu perguntei se daria tempo do meu marido ir buscar a requisição, pois eu moro próximo, e ela se recusou a me atender! Disse que a tolerância era de 15 min... Eu entenderia caso estivesse no horário, mas isso não iria afetar em nada, mas foi impossível me fazer essa gentileza.
As recepcionistas são muito educadas e atenciosas. Mas só isso msm.
Lamentável a postura da médica.
Tolerance is one-sided! I went to do an exam today and forgot the request, the doctor was more than 30 min late .... I asked if my husband would have time to get the request, because I live nearby, and she refused to answer me! He said the tolerance was 15 min ... I would understand if it was on time, but it would not affect anything, but it was impossible to be kind to me.
The receptionists are very polite and helpful. But only that msm.
The position of the doctor is unfortunate.
