Alegando que era lei eles ficarem com os pneus da troca. Liguei para o procon, fui orientado que não existe essa lei. Eles voltaram a trás e deixaram eu levar o pneu.
Após a troca dos 4 pneus e de balanviamentb, cambagem e alinhamento feitos o carro ficou com um barulho que levei em outra ophocina e me disseram que o cárter estava com um parafuso solto. Logo após apertar o parafuso outro barulho apareceu no carro sem justificativa nenhuma em 2 dias após as trocas do pneus esses problema aparece ?? Levei lá fui mal atendido e quiseram cobri o erro jogando culpa em outros mecanismos que mecheram no carro !!

Claiming that it was law they keep the exchange tires. I called procon, I was told that there is no such law. They came back and let me take the tire.
After the exchange of the 4 tires and of balanviamentb, change and alignment made the car was a noise that took in another ophocina and I was told that the crank was with a loose screw. Soon after tightening the bolt another noise appeared in the car without any justification in 2 days after the tire changes these problem appears ?? I took there I was poorly attended and they wanted to cover the mistake by throwing blame on other mechanisms that were in the car !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguém é uma enganação, deu um orçamento rodei 70 km pra fazer o serviço demorou 45 minutos pra falar que o orçamento foi um engano sendo que tenho no watts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo,comprei dois pneus no atacadista AÇAI e desloquei até a loja para realizar as trocas gratuitas.
O funcionário falou que eu tinha que alinhar e balancear .
Ficou 60 reais .
Passados 10 minutos falaram que estava com o bicos ressecados ,mais 20 reais.
Fui pagar tudo , os 80 reais , o rapaz do caixa falou não acabou ainda não ,depois vc paga .
Passados 20 minutos o funcionário me chamou , me levou até o carro e falou que eu tinha que fazer cambagem ,se não os pneus iam comer tudo na lateral , como não tinha o conhecimento acabei fazendo , porém meu carro é da Volkswagen e o ano e modelo dele não é necessário cambagem .
Resumindo levei meu carro somente para tocar dois pneus e agora estou com o carro puxando muito para lado direito , onde isso não acontecia antes ,não voltei para reclamar pq moro na grande são Paulo e já estava vindo embora .
Lixo de serviço e ainda enganam os clientes .
Essas trocas gratuitas quando a gente compra pneus é fumada , melhor levar num conhecido de confiança.
Very bad, I bought two tires at the AÇAI wholesaler and went to the store to make free exchanges.

After 20 minutes the employee called me, took me to the car and said that I had to do camber, otherwise the tires would eat everything on the side, as I didn't know, I ended up doing it, but my car is from Volkswagen and the year and model of it is not necessary camber.
In short, I took my car just to touch two tires and now I have the car pulling a lot to the right side, where it didn't happen before, I didn't come back to complain because I live in greater São Paulo and was already leaving.
Service garbage and still deceive customers.
These free exchanges when we buy tires are smoked, better to take a trusted acquaintance.

Sem contar que eles sempre entam empurar alguns servicos extras
Fora isso o local e bom e bom localizado
Oferece agua e cafe
Tem uma sala de espera
E uma pequana area infantil
Se não fosse a demora seria o local muito melhor
Place with good service but very slow I came to change two tires and I have been here for over two hours
Not to mention that they always want to push some extra services
Other than that the location is good and good located
Offers water and coffee
It has a waiting room
And a small children's area
If it weren't for the delay it would be the much better place
