★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissional extremamente desorganizado, desleixado. Deixei o televisor numa quarta-feira 26 de janeiro segundo ele o feedback do orçamento na sexta-feira até o final do dia. No entanto na Sexta sábado domingo , segunda nada de orçamento. Na terça-feira às 2 horas da tarde entrei em contato com ele e me disse que abriu a TV mas não tinha encontrado o problema. Acredito que isto não ocorrerá pois a TV estava numa prateleira de baixo de outros televisores. No entanto eu já tinha levado numa assistência técnica da Samsung e eles já tinham visto o problema e mencionei para ele que era a placa mãe. Ou seja ele já tinha um caminho a seguir. Disse q abriu a TV no sexto dia depois do que havia comentado comigo. E nem o diagnóstico conseguiu me passar. Depois de seis dias sem nenhuma resposta deste senhor fiquei indignado e fui buscar o televisor. Ao entrar na sala de manutenção observei que todos os televisores estavam no chão sem proteção alguma. Agora se põe no meu lugar um televisor custa r$ 3200 você chega no lugar e ele está amontoado no meio de outros televisores a indignação aumenta. Como um profissional que trabalha há 20 anos fazendo a mesma coisa não consegue diagnosticar uma TV que foi queimada por queda de raio. Aí fica a critério de vocês. Fica aqui a minha indignação por esse profissional que não tem respeito pelo bem do cidadão muito menos pelo trabalho que ele exerce.

Extremely disorganized, sloppy professional. I left the TV on a Wednesday January 26th according to the budget feedback on Friday by the end of the day. However on Friday Saturday Sunday, Monday no budget. On Tuesday at 2 pm I contacted him and he told me he opened the TV but had not found the problem. I believe this will not happen because the TV was on a lower shelf of other TVs. However I had already taken it to a Samsung technical assistance and they had already seen the problem and I mentioned to him that it was the motherboard. In other words, he already had a way to go. He said he opened the TV on the sixth day after what he had said to me. And even the diagnosis couldn't get through to me. After six days without any response from this gentleman, I was outraged and went to get the TV. Upon entering the maintenance room, I noticed that all the televisions were on the floor without any protection. Now if you put a television in my place, it costs r$ 3200, you arrive at the place and it's piled up in the middle of other televisions, the indignation grows. As a professional who has been working for 20 years doing the same thing can't diagnose a TV that was burned out by lightning. That's up to you. Here is my indignation for this professional who has no respect for the good of the citizen, much less for the work he performs.
