Fico feliz sabendo do crescimento deles, sempre que um imóvel meu entra para locação só coloco com eles para alugar/ administrar pois confio
Sei que administração de imóveis parece fácil, mais é bem complexo, fazer essa ponte inquilino e locador é uma tarefa complicada
Lidar com ser humano é sempre difícil, nunca ninguem sai 100 % satisfeito, já tive inquilinos bem complicados
Já tentei administrar mais não tive paciência
Mais que uma relação comercial que tenho como proprietário é uma relação de parceria
Recomendo.

I am happy knowing of their growth, whenever a property of mine comes for lease I only put it with them to rent / manage it because I trust
I know that property management seems easy, but it is very complex, making this bridge tenant and lessor is a complicated task
Dealing with human beings is always difficult, no one ever leaves 100% satisfied, I have had very complicated tenants
I've tried to manage more I didn't have the patience
More than a commercial relationship that I have as an owner is a partnership relationship
I recommend.

Fui super bem atendido, tive atenção e respostas do meu contato a todo momento e em menos de 48h já estava com papéis a mão pra assinar o contrato!!! Pessoal super solícito e atencioso!!! Super recomendo...em meio ao caos que estamos vivendo e muito bom sentir a atenção e empatia do outro!!! Não é apenas algo comercial, tem sinceridade e qualidade no que faz!!! People are passing by to leave an important message, everyone knows how difficult it is to rent an apartment here in SP, but my experience with this real estate company was incredible, I felt safe and confident from the first contact !!! I was very well attended, I had attention and answers from my contact at all times and in less than 48 hours I already had papers on hand to sign the contract !!! Super helpful and attentive staff !!! I highly recommend ... in the midst of the chaos we are experiencing and very good to feel the attention and empathy of the other !!! It is not just something commercial, it has sincerity and quality in what it does !!! Thank you so much ????????????

It is hard, arduous and daily work but very pleasant at the end that I have done for over 20 years and I have a lot of experience.

O dono da imobiliária (Júnior) e o sócio (Tiago), os dois foram muito atenciosos, eficientes e profissionais, quando eu fiz o contrato de aluguel recentemente com eles.
Tive uma experiência ruim com outra imobiliária (líder do mercado, ou seja, 5Q) e estava com pouco tempo para achar um novo lugar e fazer contrato. Dentro de 4 dias eu consegui fechar o contrato com o serviço de Junior Imóveis. No quinto dia, eu recebi as chaves e consegui me mudar dentro de uma semana, a partir da data que vi o imóvel. Foi tudo corrido e sem a atenção e profissionalismo de Junior Imóveis, acredito que ainda estaria procurando apartamentos (que fica ainda mais difícil por causa da pandemia).
Depois da mudança, percebi que o apartamento precisava de uns pequenos consertos e o dia que eu reportei, Junior chamou um eletricista e consertou o problema de luz de um quarto.
Minha experiência com eles foi excelente e recomendo muito!!!

The owner of the real estate company (Júnior) and the partner (Tiago), both were very attentive, efficient and professional, when I recently signed the rental agreement with them.
I had a bad experience with another real estate company (market leader, that is, 5Q) and I had little time to find a new place and make a contract. Within 4 days I managed to close the contract with the Junior Imóveis service. On the fifth day, I received the keys and managed to move within a week, from the date I saw the property. It was all over and without Junior Imóveis's attention and professionalism, I believe I would still be looking for apartments (which is even more difficult because of the pandemic).
After the move, I realized that the apartment needed some minor repairs and the day I reported it, Junior called an electrician and fixed the light problem in a room.
My experience with them was excellent and I highly recommend it !!!
