★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo de verdade, uma das senhoras que trabalha lá me atendeu super mal e de forma grosseira, fora que elas desligam o telefone e não tem como tirar duvidas por telefonema só indo lá pra ser tratado mal mesmo... e outra coisa eu tinha pagado a taxa de 5 reais pelo site do exército pra retirar o certificado de dispensa e no mesmo dia chegando lá elas falaram que eu teria que pagar mais uma taxa de 7 reais
Really bad service, one of the ladies who works there treated me very badly and rudely, apart from that they hang up the phone and there is no way to ask questions by phone, just going there to be treated really badly... and another thing I had paid the fee of 5 reais through the army website to withdraw the discharge certificate and on the same day when I got there they said that I would have to pay another fee of 7 reais
