★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propaganda enganosa, falam que aprovam com score baixo , me enganaram falando que tinha aprovado o carro em meu nome , e pediram um outro cpf falando que eu teria que juntar para não dar entrada no carro. Finalmente descobri que o financiamento saiu no nome da minha cunhada , esse outro cpf que eles pediram , foi para tentar passar o carro em outro nome ( no caso, da minha cunhada) ! E aprovaram o carro sem permissão nenhuma no nome dela , gerando um link e enganando a mim e meu esposo!
Não caiam nessa!
Não desejo isso a ninguém!

Finally I found out that the financing came out in my sister-in-law's name, this other CPF that they asked for, was to try to pass the car under another name (in this case, my sister-in-law's)! And they approved the car without any permission in her name, generating a link and deceiving me and my husband!
Don't fall for it!
I don't wish that on anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei bem do atendimento da empresa, tive alguns problemas mas nada relacionado à Empresa e sim as burocracias relacionadas ao sistema bancário.
Fui atendido pela vendedora Débora ,bwue desde o começo foi muito atenciosa e eficiente na minha aquisição do veículo.
Recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido bem pelo Vinicius que é claro é o trabalho dele atender bem as pessoas mais foi uma das piores agências que eu já vi na minha vida meu carro apresentou problemas de peças de desgaste e mandei msg pra ele ele ja me passou o número do mecânico que disse que a empresa só cobre motor e caixa sendo que nem teste drive eles deixaram eu fazer antes de sair com o carro . Me deram o carro sem a numeração no vidro da frente minha luz de placa queimada tive que perder dinheiro pro despachante pra passar meu carro na vistoria pq já estava acabando o prazo e agora o único serviço que vai ser feito no meu carro vai ser o da lanternaguem que ficou faltando, Vinicius nem me responde mais pq ele falou pra mim que qualquer problema dentro de 3 meses ele resolveria infelizmente vou ter que entrar na justiça. Estou pagando um carro no valor de 92.000 e ainda vou ficar com esses prejuízos, muito cuidado ao comprarem carro lá.

Fui comprar um carro com o vendedor Lucas, ao qual combinei valor e dia pra fazer o negócio e chegando no dia ele havia vendido o carro pra outra pessoa sem nem me avisar antes, quer dizer fui de são Gonçalo até a intendente Magalhães atoa, eles só pensam na venda e nada mais. Não procurem essa revender de veículos, muito menos o vendedor Lucas, sem compromisso com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente comprei um carro Cobalt 2014, que assim que acabou a garantia dos 3 meses de motor e caixa, surgiram vários problemas embutidos, pois só tive prejuízos com Suspensão, Rolamentos, Kit Gás, kit de embreagem, homocinética entre outras coisas.
Repassei o carro, pois não estava conseguindo manter financeiramente um veículo que ao meu ver, estava todo engatilhado.
O atendimento e a aprovação de fichas das pessoas são ótimos, mas no quesito manutenção e revisão dos veículos deixa muito a desejar.
Eu me arrependi de ter comprado meu carro nessa agência.

I regretted buying my car at this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro a seis meses, carro todo montado, já tive que mandar fazer reparo em podres na lataria, segundo os funcionários da funilaria o carro foi todo maquiado. Agora pra completar ao fazer uma revisão na suspensão descobri que o carro está com amortecedores recondicionados. Ou seja, comprei um Honda todo montado, infelizmente a dívida está aí e só me resta pagar o financiamento e ficar com os prejuízos.
