Minha gatinha Siamês tinha fugido eu estava desesperado. Ela foi se esconder na loja. E os donos e funcionários, pess de coração ímpar. Ao se deparar com o animal, mantiveram ela em suas dependências, aguardando a possível chegada dos donos.
Quero EXTERNAR aqui minha imensa GRATIDÃO. Não apenas pela acolhida, mas pelo CARINHO E ATENDIMENTO DE TODOS.

Good Morning. I would like to share, a fact. Which made me very fond of this establishment.
My Siamese kitten had run away I was desperate. She went to hide in the store. And the owners and staff, people with a unique heart. When faced with the animal, they kept it on their premises, awaiting the possible arrival of the owners.
I want to EXTERNAL my immense GRATITUDE here. Not only for the welcome, but for the CARE AND SERVICE OF ALL.

Incredible service at AFTER SALE, we know that "good service" is common to sell, but the great difference is AFTER SALE, we had a problem with our BED PURCHASED 11 months after purchase, the bed BOX was making noise (broke) , we called, we were attended by a REPRESENTATIVE, they reassured us and said they were going to change the BOX!
