Bad service by WhatsApp, they only respond the next day to know if the internet is back. The internet usually drops and tech support is very slow.

Cancelam o serviço sem aviso prévio e não cumprimento do contrato. Decepção total! They don't have an ounce of consideration for customers, they don't have control of the payments received, even turning off the Internet even with payments on time. They cancel the service without prior notice and non-compliance with the contract. Total disappointment!
