 GREAT. I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. I WAS A CUSTOMER FOR 3 YEARS AND NEVER HAD HEADACHE. REQUESTS ARE ANSWERED QUICKLY, GREAT ASSISTANCE. PENALTY THAT I MOVED AND HAS NO FEASIBILITY ON THE SITE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vista é ótima, nos primeiros meses, porém com o passar do tempo ela fica um verdadeiro LIXO e chega a ser uma das piores internets que já tive, desde julho até hoje (21 de agosto) ela cai todo dia e volta a tarde e cai de noite, e tem dias que nem voltar volta, não recomendo!
At first glance it's great for the first few months, but over time it gets a TRASH and becomes one of the worst internets I've ever had, since July until today (August 21st) it falls every day and back in the afternoon and falls at night, and there are days that don't even come back, I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet com péssimo sinal, caindo a todo momento, demora no retorno do atendimento e qnd há retorno, não resolvem. Vento e chuva é contra indicação para esse serviço rs, esquece.
Vou dar 1 estrela, pq não consigo dar menos.
Pior aquisição de internet já feita....
Internet with bad signal, falling all the time, delay in the return of the service and when there is a return, they do not solve. Wind and rain is against indication for this service rs, forget it.
I'll give 1 star, because I can't give less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, sou cliente a mais de 10 anos, e claro estou a muito tempo com eles, mas só pq não consegui achar outra melhor e com um preço parecido. Então, por um tempo foi uma internet em que o serviço era muito bom, muito mesmo, mas ultimamente tem caído muito, o serviço de atendimento poderia ser melhor. Tem aplicativo mas não funciona, tem site, mas também muita coisa não funciona, se funcionasse seria bom pra eles mesmos. Se tivesse atendimento por whatsapp seria muito melhor.

So, for a while it was an internet where the service was very good, very much, but lately it has been falling a lot, the customer service could be better. There is an application but it doesn't work, there is a website, but also a lot of things don't work, if it worked it would be good for them. If you had customer service by whatsapp it would be much better.
